ROOM AND. Scheduled standby assignments will be distributed equitably amongst the nurses in a department utilizing standby, with the option to exchange. Standby assignments shall be posted at the same time as the tours of duty schedules. Nurses shall be permitted to exchange their standby assignments. Nurses who wish to utilize lieu time following standby duty will make their request prior to the schedule being posted. A nurse will not be scheduled for standby on day off unless otherwise agreed to by the nurse. Nurses scheduled for standby shall be provided with beepers.

  • ROOM AND BOARD The following conditions will apply for employees whose regular residence* is more than 97 radius kilometers from the work location [except as set out in Article 29.1 (d)]:

  • TRANSPORTATION, TRAVEL TIME AND ROOM AND BOARD 14.01 The Employer shall remunerate employees for travel time and mileage as follows:

  • WORK CLOTHES The employer shall provide all necessary work clothes (coveralls, work shoes or equivalent, and insulated coveralls, winter coveralls and rain gear as needed), as well as safety equipment, including personal safety gear. Work clothes and safety gear provided by the company are the property of the company. When a new set of work clothes is provided, the worn set shall be handed in. Used safety equipment as mentioned above shall be properly cleaned before being reissued.

  • As-Builts Seller shall provide final as-built drawings of the Seller-Owned Interconnection Facilities within 30 Days of the successful completion of the Acceptance Test.

  • Room Entry The Manager subscribes to the principle that Residents are entitled to enjoy a reasonable right to privacy in residence Rooms. However, the Resident acknowledges that the Manager is entitled, without notice and without the Resident being present, to have authorized staff, the Institution’s security services, emergency services, or the police enter the Room at reasonable times under the following conditions: (a) to provide repair and maintenance services as detailed in section 4.05 of this Agreement; (b) to provide housekeeping services as detailed in section 4.06 of this Agreement; (c) to ensure the safety and security of the Resident and/or when there is reasonable cause to believe an emergency situation has arisen; (d) during the Winter Break to provide routine maintenance; (e) when there is reasonable cause to believe that terms of this Agreement and/or the Residence Community Living Standards detailed in section 7.01 and/or the law is being violated. Authorized staff are supplied with a uniform and identification that is visible at all times.

  • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • Liquor No alcohol is to be consumed or taken to any area of the College.

  • Food and Beverages No food or beverage may be brought onto the Ship without City Cruises’ prior authorization, granted in City Cruises’ sole discretion. No food or beverage may be removed from the Ship.

  • Provisioning of High Frequency Spectrum and Splitter Space 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:
