ROOM AND MEAL ALLOWANCE. 1 8.01 When the Company does not provide room and board during the course of his employment, an Employee shall receive all fair and reasonable hotel and meal expenses provided such expenses are supported by receipts.
ROOM AND MEAL ALLOWANCE. When the Company does not provide room and board, employees, during the course of their employment, shall receive up to twenty dollars ($20.00) per meal and up to one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) shall be allowed for a room per night exclusive of taxes. These expenses are to be paid by the Company upon production of original acceptable receipts (credit card receipts included). When possible, the Company shall book and prepay room costs for permanent employees.
ROOM AND MEAL ALLOWANCE. Where, due to weather conditions or mechanical failure of the Employer's vessels, the Employer's vessel forced to dock overnight at a place other than its and the Employer is unable to provide room and board on the vessel, the Employer will arrange and pay for accommodation for employees and will reimburse employees for meals up to a of six dollars ($6.00) for breakfast, eight dollars ($8.00) for lunch, eleven dollars ($11.00) for dinner, per meal where supported by receipts. When employees are required to work on Employer vessels during or when the vessel is in and room and meals are not provided on board the vessel, the Employer shall provide these, to all employees who cannot reach the job site from their home within one hour by car, as per Employees who can reach the job site within one hour but not one-half hour shall be provided with the lunch allowance only,
ROOM AND MEAL ALLOWANCE. (a) Should a Mobile Utility Employee be required to work in a location other than their Home Port, the Company shall provide for room and board in accordance with the provisions of the Collective Agreement.
(b) Should a Mobile Utility Employee be required to work in a location other than their Home Port, but the job site can be reached within one (1) hour by car, the Company may opt to instead pay for a lunch meal allowance only. However, in these circumstances, the Company shall provide for two-way car allowances in accordance with the Collective Agreement.

Where, due to weather conditions or mechanical failure of the Employer's the Employer's vessel is forced to dock at a place other than its scheduled destination and the Employer is to provide room and board on the vessel, the Employer will arrange and pay for accommodation for employees and will reimburse employees for up to a maximum of six dollars ($6.00) for breakfast, eight dollars for lunch, eleven dollars for per meal where supported by receipts.
ROOM AND MEAL ALLOWANCE. When the Company does not provide room and board, an employee, during the course of his employment shall receive eleven dollars and forty-four cents ($11.44) per meal, three (3) meals per day; and shall be allowed eighty-one dollars and ten cents ($81.10) for room per night.

When the Company does not provide room and board, an employee, during the course of their employment, shall receive up to twenty five dollars ($25.00) per meal and up to one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) shall be allowed for a room per night exclusive of taxes. These expenses are to be paid by the Company upon production of original acceptable, detailed and itemized receipts. All travel arrangements must be booked through the Company’s designated travel agent. If the travel agent is unable to secure a hotel that falls within the allowable limits the Company will cover the additional expense.
ROOM AND MEAL ALLOWANCE. When the Company does not provide room and board, an em- ployee, the course of his employment shall receive eleven dollars and eleven cents per meal, three meals per day; and shall be allowed seventyeight dollars and seventy four cents for room per night.
ROOM AND MEAL ALLOWANCE. 29.01 Where, due to weather conditions or mechanical failure of the Employer's vessels, the Employer's vessel is forced to dock overnight at a place other than its scheduled destination and the Employer is unable to provide room and board on the vessel, the Employer will arrange and pay for accommodation for employees and will reimburse employees for meals up to a maximum of eight dollars ($8.00) for breakfast, ten dollars ($10.00) for lunch, thirteen dollars ($13.00) for dinner, per meal where supported by receipts.
(a) When employees are required to work on Employer vessels during fit-out, lay up or when the vessel is in dry-dock, and room and meals are not provided on board the vessel, the Employer shall provide these to all employees who cannot reach the job site from their home within one (1) hour by car, as per 29.01 above.
(b) Employees who can reach the job site within one (1) hour, but not one-half (1/2) hour, shall be provided with the lunch allowance only.
ROOM AND MEAL ALLOWANCE. When the Company does not provide room and board, an employee, during the course of his employment, shall be reimbursed reasonable meal and room expanses as per past practices. Original receipts shall be provided in order to be paid.
