Royalty Minimums. (a) During the term of this Agreement, Licensee shall pay to Rutgers a minimum annual royalty as follows: Year Minimum Annual Royalty 2005: $ 5,000 2006: $ 10,000 2007: $ 150,000 2008: $ 300,000 2009 and later years: $ 500,000.
