  • CALL TIME Section 1. Employees who have been called in to work outside of their regular shift schedule shall be paid at the appropriate rate for the hours worked or a minimum of three hours' pay at the employee's regular straight time hourly rate, whichever is greater. Call time pay begins when employees report to their assigned work site ready for work. Employees will be permitted to leave the work site when the work assignment that is the reason for the call time is completed unless the employee's scheduled work shift has commenced. There shall be no duplication of hours or pay.

  • Time Clock All employees may be required to punch a time clock, including whenever they leave the building during normal working hours. All employees are entitled to at least a one-half hour lunch period. A time clock need not be punched for the lunch period.

  • Summer Session A. All ASEs employed in the Summer Session shall receive the same general range adjustment as ASEs received in the preceding Fall term.

  • Billing Cycle The billing on each matter shall be submitted on a calendar month basis (30 day cycle). A final bill for all outstanding charges should be forwarded immediately by the Firm upon the conclusion of each matter. Citizens has sole discretion to consider billing for work performed which is submitted late to Citizens. Late is defined as billed events that occurred more than 60 days prior to it being initially submitted to Citizens for payment. Citizens will not honor interest fees or other late fees assessed by any Firm or Vendor for any invoice submitted for payment. Billing submitted late to Citizens will not be given priority review.

  • Time Clocks The Employer shall not add time clocks, unless the Union has been served notice and the Agency has engaged in discussions with the Union.   • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.
