Rural Subsidy. The State shall establish a rural subsidy program for Bargaining Unit 8 members, which may be administered in conjunction with a similar program for state employees in other bargaining units, for excluded employees, and for annuitants. Rural Subsidy a. Effective July 1, 2001, the State shall continue a Rural Health Care Equity Program for Bargaining Unit 5 members, which may be administered in conjunction with a similar program for state employees in other bargaining units, for excluded employees, and for annuitants. DPA shall administer the fund involving Bargaining Unit 5 members.
Rural Subsidy. The State and the Union agree that in those areas/counties which CalPERS has defined as “rural” because no CalPERS HMO plan is available for enrollment in the area, Unit 5 members shall be eligible for the Rural Health Care Equity Program (RHCEP). Unit 5 members enrolled in a CalPERS-approved HMO plan will not be eligible for the RHCEP. Effective January 1, 2005, the parties agree that in those areas/counties which CalPERS has defined as rural, Unit 5 members shall be eligible for the following Rural Subsidy Program, replacing the previous RHCEP. The program shall operate as follows:
Rural Subsidy. The City shall contribute annually $1,000 for employee; $1,500 for employee plus one or more through June 30, 2011. Beginning July1, 2011 rural subsidy will be eliminated.
Rural Subsidy. The State and the Union agree that the provisions of this Section shall not extend beyond the sunset date of the Rural Health Care Equity Program (RHCEP) as defined in Government Code 22877 (j ). Should future legislation be chaptered that provides funding for the RHCEP, the State agrees to meet and confer to discuss implementation of the legislation.

  • Subsidy 25.1 The Parties acknowledge that they have structured this Agreement with the objective that it is lawful and complies with the requirements of the United Kingdom Competition Requirement.

  • Coverage Under the Minnesota Advantage Health Plan From July 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019, health coverage under the SEGIP will continue at the level in effect on June 30, 2019. Effective January 1, 2020, Advantage will cover eligible services subject to the copayments, deductibles and coinsurance coverage limits stated. Services provided through Advantage are subject to the managed care procedures and principles, including standards of medical necessity and appropriate practice, of the plan administrators.   • Health Care Spending Account After six (6) months of permanent employment, full time and part time (20/40 or greater) employees may elect to participate in a Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) Program designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The HCSA Program allows employees to set aside a predetermined amount of money from their pay, not to exceed the maximum amount authorized by federal law, per calendar year, of before tax dollars, for health care expenses not reimbursed by any other health benefit plans. HCSA dollars may be expended on any eligible medical expenses allowed by Internal Revenue Code Section 125. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Health Care Insurance While a faculty member is on an approved leave of this type, the faculty member will be advised regarding the right to continue health care benefits in accordance with COBRA during the period of unpaid absence.

  • Rental Assistance (Subsidy) Rental assistance will be provided to Eligible Households who pay 30% of their monthly net income, including Florida unemployment benefits, towards their monthly rent and have experienced a loss of job or income due to COVID-19.

  • Export Subsidies 1. The Parties and Signatory Parties share the goal of achieving the multilateral elimination of export subsidies for agricultural products and shall cooperate in efforts to achieve an agreement within the framework of the WTO to eliminate such subsidies.

  • Financial Security Arrangements At least 20 Business Days prior to the commencement of the design, procurement, installation, or construction of a discrete portion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and Upgrades, the Interconnection Customer shall provide the Connecting Transmission Owner, at the Interconnection Customer’s option, a guarantee, a surety bond, letter of credit or other form of security that is reasonably acceptable to the Connecting Transmission Owner and is consistent with the Uniform Commercial Code of the jurisdiction where the Point of Interconnection is located. Such security for payment shall be in an amount sufficient to cover the costs for constructing, designing, procuring, and installing the applicable portion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and Upgrades and shall be reduced on a dollar-for-dollar basis for payments made to the Connecting Transmission Owner under this Agreement during its term. The Connecting Transmission Owner may draw on any such security to the extent that the Interconnection Customer fails to make any payments due under this Agreement. In addition:
