S eniority Forfeiture. Employees who were members of the bargaining unit, and who left the bargaining unit and employment with the Sheriff's Office, pursuant to A rticle 15 - Seniority, (B) Seniority Loss, shall forfeit their seniority rights upon returning to the bargaining unit.
