SAFETY; COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. JCI shall be responsible for initiating, maintaining, and supervising all safety precautions and programs in connection with the performance of the Work and M&V Services. Each of JCI and Customer shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and lawful orders of public authorities (collectively, “Laws”) in connection with its performance hereunder.
SAFETY; COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Each Licensed Product shall be manufactured, packaged, labeled, sold and distributed in accordance with all laws, rules and regulations governing the manufacture, quality, safety, transportation, and distribution of such products. Licensee expressly acknowledges and agrees that Licensor shall rely on Licensee to ensure that the cultivation, manufacture, Packaging, labeling, advertising, sale and distribution of Licensed Products hereunder shall conform in all respects with all Applicable Law. Each party shall promptly bring to the other party’s attention any concerns it may have with respect to legal compliance of any Licensed Products. Licensee represents, warrants, and agrees that all Licensed Products produced pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and the labeling, Packaging, manufacture, possession, distribution, storage, sale and delivery of all such Licensed Products, shall: (a) comply with or exceed the requirements of all applicable federal and provincial laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to those applicable to the manufacture, pricing, sale and/or distribution of the Licensed Products; and (b) produce articles of good quality and which are substantially free of defects in design, materials and workmanship, and shall comply with such specifications, if any, as may have been specified in connection with this Agreement, and shall fully conform to any sample thereof approved by Licensor.
SAFETY; COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. JCI shall be responsible for initiating, implementing, maintaining, and supervising all safety precautions and programs in connection with the performance of the Work. JCI shall be responsible for all fees, costs, expenses or charges to initiate, implement maintain and/or supervising safety precautions and programs without adjustment of the Price. JCI is responsible for safety and security of all personal property of JCI or subcontractors at the Premises. JCI is solely responsible for the risk of loss, theft, damage or destruction of such personal property. Each of JCI and Customer shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and lawful orders of public authorities (collectively, “Laws”) in connection with its performance hereunder.
SAFETY; COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Except to the extent prohibited by law, RECIPIENT assumes all risks and responsibility in connection with RECIPIENT’s (or its TRANSFEREES, if permitted) receipt, handling, storage, disposal, internal transfer and use of MATERIAL, PIP BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL and MODIFICATIONS including without limitation taking all appropriate safety and handling precautions to minimize health or environmental risk, as well as for any adverse events resulting from RECIPIENT’s (or its TRANSFEREES) violation of the security requirements or unauthorized dissemination of MATERIAL, PIP BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL and MODIFICATIONS. RECIPIENT is solely responsible for its and its TRANSFEREES compliance with all applicable foreign and domestic, federal, state and local statutes, ordinances, regulations and guidelines, including U.S. export control laws in regards to U.S. sanctioned countries. RECIPIENT hereby certifies that RECIPIENT shall (1) ensure that only qualified personnel work with MATERIAL, PIP BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL and MODIFICATIONS in proper facilities; (2) provide sufficient internal security to assure access to MATERIAL, PIP BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL and MODIFICATIONS only by those individuals authorized to work with them; (3) not transfer, export, resell, or otherwise dispose of any MATERIAL, PIP BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL or MODIFICATIONS to any TRANSFEREE under any circumstances unless permitted by CDC and/or the PIP framework (xxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/publications/2011/9789241503082_eng.pdf), or as explicitly provided for within this Agreement; (4) ensure that there is compliance with all domestic and international regulations impacting the transfer of the MATERIALS and PIP BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL including with respect to sanctioned countries under U.S. export control laws; (5) ensure that there is compliance with the PIP framework xxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/publications/2011/9789241503082_eng.pdf) for any transfers of PIP BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL; (6) not permit access to MATERIAL, PIP BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL or MODIFICATIONS by foreign entities or individuals when to do so would be in violation of export control laws; (7) comply with all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations pertaining to MATERIAL, PIP BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL or MODIFICATIONS or their handling, storage, use, transportation; and (8) with respect to ATCC® - contributed MATERIAL or MODIFICATIONS (but not CDC contributed MATERIAL, PIP BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL or MODIFICATIONS), unless requested otherwise by ATCC®, destroy all MAT...
SAFETY; COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. The Client shall use the Facility in a careful and safe manner, in compliance with all applicable federal, provincial, regional and municipal laws, bylaws, and regulations, including those governing the use and occupancy of the Facility. Due to fire regulations, no more than 75 persons are permitted in the gallery for seated Functions and 100 for Functions in which guests are standing. Capacity numbers are also dictated by the BC government and Health Canada in regards to COVID-19 and other pandemics. Currently, the Xxxxxxx Foundation is operating at 55% capacity and no more than 60 people may attend an event.

Consultant shall be responsible for initiating, maintaining, and supervising all safety precautions and programs in connection with the performance of the Work and M&V Services. Each of Consultant and City shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and lawful orders of public authorities (collectively, “Laws”) in connection with its performance hereunder.

JCI shall comply with any applicable licensing requirements in the jurisdiction where the Project is located. JCI shall perform the Work in compliance with applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations, or lawful orders of public authorities including, but not limited to any prevailing wage requirements. If JCI performs Work contrary to applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations, and lawful orders of public authorities, JCI shall correct such Work and shall bear the costs attributable to correction.
SAFETY; COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. BREP shall be responsible for initiating, maintaining, and supervising all safety precautions and programs in connection with the performance of the Work and Services. Each of BREP and the State shall comply with Applicable Legal Requirements and Applicable Standards in connection with its performance hereunder.
SAFETY; COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. 22.1 Supplier shall comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws, executive orders, rules and regulations during performance of this order, including but not limited to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended ("OSHA"), Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System ("WHIMIS"), Toxic Substances Control Act as amended ("TSCA") Resource Conservation and Recover Act at 1976, as amended ("RCRA"), Clean Air Act of 1990, as amended, and Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended ("FLSA"). Supplier warrants that (1) all items sold or furnished under this order, including any packaging and labeling, will conform to and comply with OSHA standards and regulations, (ii) such items have been manufactured or furnished in accordance with the FLSA and regulations issued thereunder, and (iii) for each chemical product or product containing a chemical substance purchased under this order, Supplier shall furnish THE TOWN OF WESTERLY/WESTERLY PUBIC SCHOOLS a Material Safety Data Sheet ("MSDS") in conformance with applicable OSHA, WHIMIS, state, provincial and local requirements, unless a current MSDS has previously been submitted by Supplier to THE TOWN OF WESTERLY/WESTERLY PUBIC SCHOOLS. EXHIBIT C - INSURANCE SPECIFICATIONS Standard Insurance and Indemnification Requirements General Conditions: Within ten (10) business days of the award or notice, or prior to the start of work, whichever comes first, the contractor will provide, pay for, and maintain in full force and affect the insurance outlined here for coverage’s at not less than the prescribed minimum limits of liability. Such coverage is to remain in force during the life of the contract and for such additional time as may be required, and will cover the contractor’s activities, those of any and all subcontractors, or anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them, or by anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable.
