Safety Shoe Allowance. Upon proof of purchase, effective June 23, 2002, and on that date of each subsequent year the Hospital will provide eighty dollars ($80.00) for full-time employees and forty-five dollars ($45.00) for part-time employees who are required by the Hospital to wear safety footwear during the course of his/her duties.
