Common use of Safety Shoe Allowance Clause in Contracts

Safety Shoe Allowance. 26.01 It shall be a condition of employment that employees who are required to do so by the Company shall wear safety shoes. The Company shall pay to employees with one (1) year of seniority a safety shoe allowance of $60.00 every 12 months to reimburse them for the cost of purchasing safety shoes upon production of proof of purchase.
