Safety Shoes - Cost Sharing. Where safety shoes are required to be worn on the job, the Employer shall either provide an employee with ones that it determines to be suitable for the work or reimburse the employee for the purchase or repair of the safety shoes as in either (i) or (ii) below: (i) to an amount not exceeding $125.00 in a calendar year. (ii) to an amount not exceeding $250.00 per two year period. The acceptable alternative is the purchase of one pair of heavy (winter) and one pair of light (summer) safety footwear per two year period. This replacement may be more frequent for Servicepersons based on proof of need. In order to qualify for reimbursement as provided herein, the employees shall: (a) obtain the prior approval of their immediate supervisor for the purchase of or repairs to safety shoes; and (b) submit a receipt describing the purchase or repairs and amount paid by the employee.

This replacement may be more frequent based on proof of need. b) Prior approval has been obtained from the Employer. c) The employee(s) provides the receipt. d) Orthopedic footwear as prescribed by doctor as set out in (2) below 2) In the event that an employee requires a special make or fit of shoe which is deemed necessary by an orthopaedic doctor, the Company will advance one hundred twenty five dollars $125.00 towards the purchase of the shoe upon receiving a letter from the doctor and a sales receipt. 3) Shoes will be repaired and replaced by the Company when it determines it is necessary. 4) If possible the Company will give a choice of low cut or high boots to employees. The goal is to have all uniform shoes conform to the same.

  • Cost Sharing a) With respect to the funding in C6.1a), should there be an amount of employee co-pay, the Trust shall advise boards what that amount shall be.   • Safety Shoes 3901 Employees who are required to wear steel-toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase and/or replacement of these shoes in the first quarter of each year. Any employee out on an authorized leave shall receive payment within thirty days of their return to paid duty. New employees who are required to wear steel- toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase of shoes in their first paycheck; for employees hired on or after December 1, he/she shall not receive an additional $200 in the first quarter.

  • Annual Leave Loading During a period of annual leave an employee will receive a loading of 17.5 per cent calculated on the employee’s normal hourly rate of pay and the daily fares allowance if applicable. The loading will also apply to proportionate leave on lawful termination.

  • Safety Boots Each employee, after 3 months’ continuous service, will be reimbursed (on production of a receipt), the cost of one pair of safety boots (approved by the employer), in each year, to a maximum of $110.00. All protective clothing such as wet weather jackets, safety helmets, welding jackets, welding xxxxxxx, welding gauntlets, rubber boots, etc, (which remain the property of the Company), will be supplied on all occasions deemed necessary.

  • Safety Equipment Should the employment duties of an employee in the bargaining unit require use of any equipment or gear to insure the safety of the employee or others, the District agrees to furnish such equipment or gear.

  • Revenue Sharing Developer shall pay to Fig, or Fig shall retain (as applicable), the Fig Share in accordance with the terms below.

  • Safety Footwear 1. The State will provide employees in the positions listed in Section 3 below, and employees who are currently required to wear safety footwear by Department Work Rules, an allowance of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for replacement of safety footwear. This allowance will be paid to employees on a semiannual basis, with half paid in January and half paid in July to eligible employees on the payroll at the time of the payments. Employees of Departments with work rules that provide such safety footwear will not be eligible for the safety footwear allowance. 2. Safety footwear purchased must meet ANSI standards where applicable. Requirements for the wearing of safety footwear will be in accordance with work rules published by the State. 3. Positions required to wear safety footwear:

  • Cleaning Allowance The University will pay for the cleaning of Department issued uniforms and necessary work clothing requiring cleaning worn by employees assigned to non-uniformed positions.

  • Profit Sharing Profit sharing, bonuses, or other similar compensation of any kind paid by CM/GC to its employees.

  • Overtime and Premium Pay A nurse shall be paid at the rate of one and one- half (1½) times the nurse’s regular hourly rate of pay for all hours worked in any one category listed below, including statutory overtime pay under 9.4.1 or premium pay under 9.4.2 through
