Salary and Allowance Protection. (1) (a) Teachers covered by this Collective Agreement who are receiving a Consultant’s, Family of Schools Co-ordinator’s or Curriculum Chair’s allowance shall receive salary or allowance protection according to the schedule when a change in position or responsibility results from re- assignment to a classroom or any other position of responsibility.

  • Salary and Allowances A Teacher on part-time assignment shall be paid according to the salary schedule and allowances in this Collective Agreement, pro-rated unless otherwise specified in this agreement.

  • Salary Protection A regular employee who fills a regular vacancy or displaces a regular employee at a lower classification shall receive salary protection in accordance with Article 27.7.
