Salary Step Progression. 13.2.1 An employee must have received an overall rating of “Satisfactory” on his/her most recent performance evaluation to receive any salary step advancement. 13.2.2 Steps will occur on the beginning of the pay period closest to January 1. 13.2.3 Employees who received overall satisfactory performance rating and who were paid a minimum of 1,040 hours in the previous twelve (12) months (prorated for part-time employees) will receive a step.
