Sales and Prices. The Contractor may charge fees only to the extent that the State can charge fees under existing law and regulations. As attachments to the seasonal plans of operations, items 19 and 20, the Contractor will submit the proposed prices. The Contractor will be allowed minor price changes with approval by the Project Manager during the operating season if the actual costs of goods or services are demonstrated to have increased. The Contractor may charge a parking fee if there is a developed restroom. The parking fee may not be greater than the parking fee charged at similar parking areas in Chugach State Park such as Xxxx Alps or South Fork Eagle River. Alaska State Parks annual parking parking passes are not valid at Arctic Valley. The Contractor may offer discounts or promotions as long as prices do exceed the prices specified in the seasonal plan of operations. The Contractor may offer discounts to members of the Anchorage Ski Club (ASC) if ASC membership is open to the public without discrimination. The Contractor may not charge for the following uses, whether used singly or in any combination: • Drinking water. • Self-guided viewing of outdoor interpretive displays • Self-guided use of nature trails • Toilets The Contractor is authorized to sell food, beverages, ski and snowboard equipment or accessories, books, maps or other educational material, "logo" wear (i.e. clothing or hats with the logo of the Contractor or State Parks), and other recreational-related supplies and materials as agreed upon and approved by the project manager. The Contractor is also authorized to rent equipment. The State reserves the right to prohibit the sale of items that it deems inappropriate for sale in a park setting.

Sales and Prices. 11.1. The Dealer will initiate the purchase of Trailers or Parts under this Agreement by submitting a Purchase Order. 11.2. After receipt of the Purchase Order, the Company will submit to the Dealer a Sales Order Confirmation with Terms and Conditions for approval and acceptance by the Dealer. The Sales Order Confirmation with Terms and Conditions, and not those of the Purchase Order, will govern the terms of the sale. 11.3. Dealer shall pay the Company the prices for the Trailers and Parts Products purchased under this Agreement as set forth in the Sales Order Confirmation with Terms and Conditions. 11.4. As part of the order process, the Company will regularly provide the Dealer with its updated Production Schedule. 11.5. Eight (8) weeks prior to the Projected Production Commencement Date, as set forth in the Production Schedule, the Dealer shall pay to the Company the Down Payment. 11.6. The Company reserves the right to refuse to order raw materials for, or commence the fabrication of, Trailers until it has received the Down Payment as set forth in Section 11.5 above. 11.7. Once a Trailer ordered by the dealer has been produced and clears the Company’s quality assurance section, at the option of the Dealer, such trailer shall be immediately invoiced to the Dealer pursuant to the Sales Order Confirmation. Should the Dealer choose not to have such trailer invoiced, such trailer will remain at the Company un-invoiced for up to 45 days. After such 45 day period the trailer will be invoiced to the Dealer pursuant to the Sales Order Confirmation. 11.8. Upon receipt of the invoice the Dealer may apply such invoice to its Credit Line if the amount of available credit under such Credit Line is greater than the amount of the invoice. If the amount of available credit under the Credit Line is less than the amount of the invoice, the Dealer shall pay the invoice. 11.9. The Company reserves the right to not order raw materials for or commence fabrication of Trailers for the Dealer at any time the Dealer has exceeded the credit limits set forth in this Agreement, or is in default under this Agreement, whether or not any grace period to cure the default has expired. 11.10. Sales of Trailers by the Dealer to Transport Fleet Services will proceed as set forth in this Section 11 except that the Company shall not be required to make a Down Payment on such orders and the Dealer shall pay the invoice of such Trailers to the Company within two business days after the Dealer...
Sales and Prices. Similar to purchases, average seed sales also display a declining trend during the period 1993-96, from an average of 1765 kg per farmer to 1679 kg (see Table 3.23). The declining trend is mostly the result of the behavior of GPS farmers, since PSI farmers are actually increasing their sales from 1307 in 1993-94 to 1555 in 1995-96. Sales on credit are 5 percent of total sales across seed farmers, with GPS farmers making greater use of credit sales. The average price of seed is usually higher than the price of the products that are not reserved for seed production. For example, the average price of rice seed is 1572 fmg per kg, which is about 100 percent above the price of paddy destined to consumption.   • Unit Prices If unit prices are stated in the Contract Documents or subsequently agreed upon, and if the quantities originally contemplated are so changed in a Change Order that application of the agreed unit prices to the quantities of work proposed will cause substantial inequity to the Owner or the Contractor, the applicable unit prices shall be equitably adjusted as provided in the Special Conditions or as agreed to by the parties and incorporated into the Change Order.

  • Product Prices Product prices and validity of product prices are stated in the Offer and/or in the Individual Agreement.

  • BID PRICES 3.1 Bidders must state in the Attribute Section if the bid prices will remain firm for the full contract period; or if the bid prices will be subject to escalation/de-escalation.

  • Fixed Price An Authorized User Agreement shall be awarded on a fixed-price basis only. As such, the Contractor shall complete all project Deliverables indicated in the final negotiated Authorized User Agreement, without any increase in cost to the Authorized User. If the Contractor resources required to complete such work are more than the Contractor agreed to in the Mini-Bid, these additional resources must be provided to the Authorized User at no additional cost.

  • Prices Prices are firm and not subject to escalation, unless otherwise specified in the invitation for bid.

  • Price Schedule, Payment Terms and Billing, and Price Adjustments (a) Price Schedule: Price Schedule under this Contract is set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale 1. When packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sales are classified in the Harmonized System with the good, they shall not be taken into account in determining whether all non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4.03. 2. When the good is subject to a requirement of regional value content, the value of these packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.
