Salespersons. 1. In no event are salespersons to disturb employees while at a work location, or while involved in work-related activities, except as part of the employee's assigned duties.
Salespersons. Broker shall insure that sales agents employed by Broker comply with all terms and provisions of this Agreement as they apply to Sales Agent.
Salespersons. Broker shall engage real estate sales people for the sale of Residences all of whom will be real estate sales agents duly licensed as such by the State of California. Salespersons shall be employees or agents of Broker and not Owner. Broker shall supervise all salespersons and insure that all salespersons work in a professional manner to assist Broker in performing its obligations under this Agreement. The cost of salary, commission and benefits for such salespersons shall be reimbursed to Broker by Owner.
Salespersons. Any Out-of-State salesperson as defined in Section 4735.01(T), Ohio Revised Code, affiliated with the Out-of-State Broker, shall perform acts in Ohio that require a real estate salesperson’s license only if (1) said salesperson works under the direct supervision of Out-of- State Broker, (2) the Ohio Broker is provided with a certificate of good standing for said salesperson for the jurisdiction where the Out-of-State salesperson maintains an active real estate license in connection with Out-of-State Broker, and (3) said salesperson collects money, including commissions, deposits, payments, rentals or otherwise, only in the name of and with the consent of Out-of-State Broker.
Salespersons. Salesperson or Salesperson drivers will not be permitted to display meat, poultry or fish products. However, such Salespersons may remove their own company's products which may be unsuitable for sale from shelves or display cases. Fancy-sausage Salesperson who violate the provisions of this sub-article will be penalized as follows:
Salespersons. (a) The Employer shall establish revenue goals for monthly or longer calendar periods for each advertising sales Employee and shall inform each Employee of his or her revenue goal. If the Employer wishes to adjust an Employee’s revenue goal for any succeeding period, the Employee will be informed in advance of the next period of the adjusted revenue goal. If the Employee disagrees with the revenue goal, he/she may appeal the determination to his or her director. If the Employee disagrees with the director’s decision, the Employee may appeal the decision to the vice president of advertising or her designee within the advertising department. The decision of the vice president of advertising or her designee with respect to the revenue goal shall be final.
Salespersons. It is the intention of Purchasers to interview all Salespersons and to make offers of employment as deemed appropriate by Purchasers, which Purchasers anticipate will be made to approximately 15 to 20 Salespersons. All such offers made by Purchasers shall provide that, with respect to each Salesperson’s book of business that exists as of the Closing, such Salesperson shall receive commissions on his or her existing book of business as set forth in Section 5.16. For purposes of this Agreement, “existing book of business” means the Equipment Leases that exists as of the Closing and are acquired by Purchaser pursuant to Section 2.1(a) or Section 2.7(d).
Salespersons. One Audi Certified Salesperson for each 100 units of new and used vehicle sales as measured by dealer's annual objective. In dealerships selling other makes, where a separate Audi sales facility is required, AoA reserves the option of requiring an exclusive Audi sales force.
Salespersons. On or before the six (6) month anniversary of the Closing Date, the Company shall have hired two (2) salespersons with backgrounds in healthcare sales solely for the purpose of selling SRAX MD products.
Salespersons. 35.01 Except prior to store opening and one (1) week thereafter, or during store remodeling to a maximum of one (1) week, suppliers’ representatives, other than rack jobbers or representatives of pop, chip, bread and bakery companies, beer, wine, and liquor companies, book, magazine, greeting card, Jacent supplied sections including clip strips and video companies will not price products in stores, stock or replenish merchandise other than to rotate or check code dating on shelf stock or to provide merchandising advice. In the event that Xxxxxx is replaced during the term of this agreement by the Employer, the new company and their representatives will be covered by this Section. Notwithstanding this section, suppliers’ representatives of bread and bakery companies that supply product that is merchandised in the Deli/Food Service portion of the store may stock and replenish their own product in and in connection to the Deli areas of the store. This will not prevent such suppliers from removing out dated product in the bakery and straightening the remaining product.
