Schedule Extension – Construction Administration. Due to the lengthy extension associated with adjacent TFC Capitol Complex projects connected to the new CUP and served by the Chilled Water distribution system, an extension of CA phase services is necessary. Services provided include, but are not limited to: • Continued CUP commissioning and startup support • Additional coordination meetings on controls integration between Capitol Complex projects • Continued review and coordination on SFA switchover procedure • Support for extended commissioning & TAB process • Contractor Pay app reviews including multiple revisions thereto and associated processing • Contractor PCO reviews and processing Amendment 3 extended construction administration services for Jacobs through August 2022. This proposal for additional construction administration services is based upon a schedule extension through December 2022. This additional service request for the schedule extension shall support Jacobs’ construction administration services through the end of the project unless unforeseen conditions arise that dramatically extend the construction completion further.
Schedule Extension – Construction Administration. Due to changes in the CUP location and overall program, the design schedule has extended. The primary impact associated with these changes include ongoing support of construction activities, responses to RFIs, coordination with the other Capitol Complex projects and administration of the weekly OAC meetings through construction completion. Amendment 1 added construction administration services for Jacobs. The original construction schedule reflected in Amendment 1 was based upon a construction completion date of August 2020. Currently, construction for the 3CUP project and the associated 6TXM chilled water distribution piping is scheduled for August 2021. This proposal for additional construction administration services is based upon a schedule extension of 260 working days. This additional service request for the schedule extension is expected to support Jacobs’ construction administration services through the end of the project unless unforeseen conditions arise that dramatically extend the construction completion further.

Redeveloper and its contractor(s) shall reasonably cooperate with City contractors performing work in the vicinity of the Redevelopment Project Area including, but not limited to, Redeveloper's scheduling of its work to provide for a smooth sequence of operations. The Redeveloper will be solely responsible for payment of all construction costs for the Redeveloper Improvements as set forth in this Redevelopment Agreement.

  • Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:

  • COMPENSATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES 5.1 For the Construction Manager’s performance of the Work as described in Section 2.3, the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager the Contract Sum in current funds. The Contract Sum is the Cost of the Work as defined in Section 6.1.1 plus the Construction Manager’s Fee.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • SUPERVISION AND CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES 4.3.1 The Contractor shall supervise and direct the Work, using his / her best skill and attention. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures and for coordinating all portions of the Work under the Contract. All aspects of the Project shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the State. Contractor guarantees to repair, replace, re-execute or otherwise correct any defect in workmanship, materials, or the like that fails to conform to the requirements of this Contract or that appears during the progress of the Work or within one year of final acceptance by the State.

  • Data Protection Impact Assessment and Prior Consultation Processor shall provide reasonable assistance to the Company with any data protection impact assessments, and prior consultations with Supervising Authorities or other competent data privacy authorities, which Company reasonably considers to be required by article 35 or 36 of the GDPR or equivalent provisions of any other Data Protection Law, in each case solely in relation to Processing of Company Personal Data by, and taking into account the nature of the Processing and information available to, the Contracted Processors.
