Review and Coordination. To ensure adequate review and evaluation of the Services and Work, and proper coordination among interested parties, ASTHO shall be kept fully informed concerning the progress of the Work and Services to be performed hereunder, and, further, ASTHO may require the Contractor to meet with designated officials of ASTHO from time to time to review the same.
Review and Coordination. To ensure adequate assessment of the Subgrantee's project and proper coordination among interested parties, ARC shall be kept fully informed concerning the progress of the work and services to be performed hereunder. The Subgrantee may be required to meet with designated representatives of ARC and the Concerned Funding Agencies from time to time to review the work and services performed. The Subgrantee shall be given reasonable written notice of such meetings.
Review and Coordination. Contractor’s Representative shall be reasonably available to CADA and shall have the necessary expertise and experience required to supervise the Work. Contractor’s Representative shall communicate regularly with CADA and shall be vested with the authority to act on behalf of Contractor. Contractor’s Representative may be replaced if requested by CADA. Contractor shall organize and conduct reviews of design, details and assumptions with CADA as needed for efficient execution of the Work, and to insure CADA is involved in the development of the Project design. On or about the time of the scheduled submissions, Contractor shall establish a preliminary list of meetings necessary for the efficient execution of the Work. The meetings, document preparation, and submittal deadlines shall be incorporated into the Project schedule. Minutes of all meetings shall be prepared and maintained by Contractor and provided to all attendees for review within five (5) calendar days of the meeting. CADA’s review and approval of interim submissions are for the sole purpose of establishing a set of Contract Documents compatible with the requirements of the Work. Neither CADA’s review nor approval of any interim submissions of Construction Documents shall release the Contractor from compliance with all requirements in the Contract Documents unless specific item(s) are identified for modification, addition or removal and approved in writing by both CADA and Contractor.
Review and Coordination. During the design phase (RFP development) of this Project, WSDOT and Port will identify the extent of the design elements and improvements within the Port property, and/or associated with access to the Port property. WSDOT will provide Port with Project design plans as early as possible, and will schedule and meet with Port to review, to the extent knowable by WSDOT during Project development, the right-of-way and environmental requirements, facilities design, traffic maintenance, and construction scheduling to ensure the Port has opportunity to comment. The Parties will thereafter work cooperatively to concur with and incorporate the desired design elements, standards, aesthetics, material/finishes, and improvements and the timing and process to establish any property commitments or permits as required under Section 2.5. The Port acknowledges its obligation to plan for and participate in each of the Project’s plan reviews and comment resolutions and task force meetings prior to construction plan Release for Construction at the Port’s cost. Port will participate in the Preconstruction meetings to coordinate and resolve any outstanding plan review or task force meeting issues prior to beginning construction. The Port acknowledges that WSDOT is the owner representative in the contract with the Design-Builder and WSDOT will act on behalf of the Port and FAA to ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the contract, which includes the FAA regulations and adopted Port standards. Review submittals to and from either Party will be transmitted prior to 3:00pm on the due date day.
Review and Coordination. Periodically, as needed, the City Manager and the Executive Director of the FWPDA will meet to review and assess past and potential future collaborations contemplated by this Agreement. As appropriate and needed, the parties may choose to enter into specific agreements or amendments to this Agreement that spells out in detail their agreement on a specific undertaking.
Review and Coordination. The supplier shall depute senior and competent personnel to attend the site coordination meetings that would generally be held at the site. The supplier shall take necessary action to implement the decisions arrived at such meetings and shall also update erection schedule.

To ensure adequate assessment of the Project and proper coordination among the parties, the Authority shall be kept fully informed of the progress of the work and services to be performed hereunder. The City may be required to meet with designated representatives of the Authority from time to time, as reasonably requested, to review the work and services performed.

To ensure adequate assessment of the SUBCONTRACTOR’s program and proper coordination among interested parties, TRRC shall be kept fully informed concerning the progress of the work and services to be performed hereunder. The SUBCONTRACTOR may be required to meet with designated representatives of TRRC and the funding agencies from time to time to review the work and services performed. Reasonable written notice of such review meetings shall be given to the SUBCONTRACTOR. The execution of a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Business Associate agreement shall occur prior to execution of this agreement and the HIPAA Business Associate agreement shall outline access granted to records under HIPAA regulations.

The Subgrantee may be required to meet with designated representatives of MARC and the Concerned Funding Agencies from time to time to review the work and services performed. Subgrantee shall be given reasonable written notice of such meetings.
Review and Coordination. To ensure adequate assessment of the Subgrantee's Project(s) and proper coordination among interested parties, ATL shall be kept fully informed, as reasonably possible under the circumstances, of the progress of Project(s) to be performed hereunder. The Subgrantee, or its designee, may be required to meet with designated representatives of the ATL and the Concerned Funding Agencies from time to time, upon reasonable notice in writing by the ATL to the Subgrantee, to review the Project(s) performed.
