Schedule Float Time. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that District shall not be liable for any costs of delay to any schedule except to the extent that District causes delay beyond the Contract Time. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that Schedule Float shall not be for the exclusive use or benefit of either the Contractor or the District. Available Schedule Float (including any difference in negative float between a delayed activity and the most delayed activity if the project is delayed) may be appropriated by either party without thereby creating a compensable delay for the other party or affecting the right of the appropriating party to recover actual or liquidated damages for any delay by the other party.

  • Part-Time A part-time employee is an employee who regularly works less than forty (40) hours per week. The Agency shall not use part-time employees to avoid full-time benefits.

  • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.

  • Holiday Schedule The Parents agree to divide holiday visitation as follows: (check all that apply) New Year’s: ☐ Mother ☐ Father

  • Wash-Up Time 37.01 Where the Employer determines there is a clear-cut need, wash-up time, to a maximum of ten (10) minutes immediately before the end of a work period, will be permitted.

  • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.

  • CONTRACT DATE The date the Contract begins. The Contract Date is shown on page 3.

  • Contract Time The period of time established for completion of the Project by the Contract Documents. Contract Time commences upon the date specified in the Proceed Order and ends upon the Material Completion and Occupancy Date, as it may be amended.

  • PROGRESS SCHEDULE The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.

  • Make-up Time An employee may elect, with the consent of the employer, to work make-up time under which the employee takes time off during ordinary hours, and works those hours at a later time, during the spread of ordinary hours provided in the Agreement.

  • Current Locations The chief executive office of each Company is located at the address set forth in Schedule 2 hereto.
