Common use of Scheduled Hours of Work Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Hours of Work. On any day, the employees’ scheduled hours of work shall be 6½ hours and, notwithstanding any provision in the Collective Agreement providing otherwise, all time worked between 6 hours and 6½ hours on the employees’ scheduled workday shall be banked in their M Day bank at straight-time rates.

On any day, the employees’ an Employee’s scheduled hours of work shall be 6½ eight (8) hours and thirty five (35) minutes (8.58 hrs) and, notwithstanding any provision in the Collective Agreement providing otherwise, all time worked between 6 eight (8) hours and 6½ eight (8) hours and thirty five (35) minutes (8.58 hrs) on the employees’ an Employee’s scheduled workday work day shall be banked in their M his/her ‘M’ Day bank at straight-time rates.
