Scheduling of Use. Because the Facility is a shared use facility, BRFV shall control the times and manner of all Users’ access to and use of the Facility. User shall request use of the Facility in advance using the on-line scheduling system. BRFV will make its best efforts to create a schedule for use of the Facility that accommodates all Users’ reasonable requests.

Scheduling of Use. The School District and Park District shall each designate an individual who shall be responsible for coordination of the scheduling of use of facilities under this agreement. All requests for use of School District facilities shall be routed through the Park District representative to the School District representative for consideration and scheduling. Similarly, all requests for use of Park District facilities shall be routed through the School District representative to the Park District representative for consideration and scheduling. All such requests for use of facilities shall be processed as promptly as this can reasonably be accomplished. When a use of facilities by one agency has been approved by the other agency, that use shall not be canceled or modified except when the agency owning such facilities determines that such cancellation or modification is in the best interest of its programs and activities.
Scheduling of Use. Because the Facility is a shared use facility, LEAP shall control the times and manner of all Users’ access to and use of the Facility. User shall request use of the Facility in advance using the online scheduling system. LEAP will make its best efforts to create a schedule for use of the Facility that accommodates all Users’ reasonable requests.
Scheduling of Use. The Alameda Little League and District agree that the schedule of use shall be subject to annual review by the Alameda Little League President or designee and the Superintendent of Schools or designee.
1. The District will have exclusive use of the Fields during the instructional day on all days when Wood Middle School and/or ▇▇▇ Elementary School are in session.
2. Except as inconsistent with subsection (1), Alameda Little League will have exclusive use of the Fields during the following times:
a. January 1 through February 28: Alameda Little League shall have use of the Fields until no later than 15 minutes after sundown Sunday and Monday, and no later than 9:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
b. March 1 through June 30: Alameda Little shall have use of the Fields until no later than 15 minutes after sundown Sunday and Monday, no later than 9:30 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday, and no later than 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
c. July 1 through July 31: Alameda Little League shall have use of the Fields as needed for post-season or tournament play until 15 minutes after sundown if play occurs on Sunday or Monday, no later than no later than 9:30 p.m. if play occurs Tuesday through Thursday, and no later than 10:00 p.m. if play occurs Friday or Saturday.
Scheduling of Use. Contractor [shall provide] [has provided] the River District a preliminary written schedule of its anticipated monthly demands for the Contracted Water during the current Project Year (July - June ). The schedule provided by Contractor [in its application for this Contract] shall serve as the schedule to be used until it is modified in a written notice given by Contractor to the River District, or as necessary in response to river administration of the Contractor’s diversions. The schedule shall identify the volume of any Contracted Water anticipated by Contractor not to be needed by it during any particular Project Year. Contractor shall update said schedule periodically during the Project Year as conditions require and give the River District written notice of all such revisions.
Scheduling of Use. The schedule for City use of the High School Swimming Pools is set forth in Exhibit A. In the event that such schedule conflicts with District tournaments, playoffs, other occasional events, or other District use, such events shall take priority over the City usage. The City would be notified of such events as soon as possible.

User shall request use of the Kitchen 48 hours in advance. WBLD will make its best efforts to create a schedule for use of the Kitchen that accommodates all Users’ reasonable requests. Users must call or email WBLD, who will notify the User if the requested facility and equipment is available.
Scheduling of Use. Kitchen Incubator staff will schedule kitchen use based on space availability. Because the kitchen is a shared use facility, the Provider shall control the times and manner of all Clients access to and use of the Kitchen. Client shall request use of the Kitchen at least one week in advance. The Provider will make its best efforts to create a schedule for use of the Kitchen that accommodates all Client’s’ reasonable requests. If manual procedures are not conducive, Clients and the Provider will use Food Corridor software to manage the Clients. Space will be scheduled the last week of the month for the following month. If any hours are denied, the tenant receives a schedule of available alternate hours. Each month, the Kitchen Manager provides the tenant with a calendar noting their hours and the hours of other tenants. This calendar is also posted in The Kitchen monthly. Under no circumstances may the tenant alter their hours without prior approval from the Kitchen Manager. Except for User’s properly trained and authorized employees. User may not transfer or assign User’s privileges under this agreement to any third party. The User shall not grant access or allow a third party to operate in the kitchen any time. Violation of this duty is grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and the immediate discharge of that User from the Kitchen.
