Scheduling of Use. Because the Facility is a shared use facility, BRFV shall control the times and manner of all Users’ access to and use of the Facility. User shall request use of the Facility in advance using the on-line scheduling system. BRFV will make its best efforts to create a schedule for use of the Facility that accommodates all Users’ reasonable requests.

Scheduling of Use. Because the kitchen is a shared use facility, the Xxxxxx Makerspace shall control the times and manner of all Users’ access to and use of the Kitchen. User shall request use of the Kitchen 48 hours in advance. The Xxxxxx Makerspace will make its best efforts to create a schedule for use of the Kitchen that accommodates all Users’ reasonable requests. If space is available, requests will be accepted up to 48 hours in advance. Users must call or email the Xxxxxx Makerspace, who will notify the User if the requested facility and equipment is available.
Scheduling of Use. The Alameda Little League and District agree that the schedule of use shall be subject to annual review by the Alameda Little League President or designee and the Superintendent of Schools or designee.
Scheduling of Use. Contractor [shall provide] [has provided] the River District a preliminary written schedule of its anticipated monthly demands for the Contracted Water during the current Project Year (July - June ). The schedule provided by Contractor [in its application for this Contract] shall serve as the schedule to be used until it is modified in a written notice given by Contractor to the River District [interim option only: on or before June 1st annually], or as necessary in response to river administration of the Contractor’s diversions. The schedule shall identify the volume of any Contracted Water anticipated by Contractor not to be needed by it during any particular Project Year. Contractor shall update said schedule periodically during the Project Year as conditions require and give the River District written notice of all such revisions.

User shall request use of the Facility in advance using the on-line scheduling system. WNCFW will make its best efforts to create a schedule for use of the Facility that accommodates all Users’ reasonable requests.
Scheduling of Use. Because the kitchen is a shared use facility, Kitchen shall control the times and manner of all Users’ access to and use of the Kitchen. Users who are on a day or day basis shall request use of the Kitchen 24 hours in advance. The Kitchen will make its best efforts to create a schedule for use of the Kitchen that accommodates all Users’ reasonable requests. Reserved Kitchen Time is allocated based on seniority and current usage of the kitchen. User understands that his/her Reserved Kitchen Time will be evaluated quarterly, and acknowledges that in order to keep his/her Reserved Kitchen Time he/she must show consistent usage of that time. Times can be viewed through the kitchen calendar which will be placed in the kitchen and delivered over email. User agrees to sign in and sign out on the provided Kitchen Usage log each time kitchen access is gained which will be posted in the kitchen. Payments: User will pay Kitchen rent depending on the specific agreement. Payments will be dropped off at Reception of Schecter Dental during working hours. See specific agreements in Attachment C The Kitchen will provide User with an invoice at the end of each month. Payment is due upon receipt. User may not use the facility until all outstanding bills are paid. A late payment fee may be charged for payments made more than seven days after receipt of invoice. Rental and Use Policies: User acknowledges that User has received and read Rental and Use Policies (see Attachment B). The Kitchen reserves the right to amend the rental and use policies at any time upon written notice to User. If User violates these policies, the Kitchen may impose a fine upon User; upon repeated violation, the Kitchen may in its discretion terminate agreement. User agrees to comply with all of the rules and obligations set forth in the Rental and Use Policies as currently stated and as modified at any time in the future.

Users must call or email WBLD, who will notify the User if the requested facility and equipment is available.
Scheduling of Use. Because the kitchen is a shared use facility, the Grange shall control the times and manner of all Users’ access to and use of the Kitchen. User shall request use of the Kitchen one week in advance. The Grange will make its best efforts to create a schedule for use of the Kitchen that accommodates all Users’ reasonable requests.

Payments: User will pay the Partnership rent for each hour (or part thereof). User occupies the Kitchen and uses the services of this agreement according to the following terms: Fee Schedule: The fees for various uses of the kitchen and/or equipment are set out in the Fee Schedule, attached to this agreement as Attachment A. The Partnership may change this fee schedule at any time and will notify Users as soon as possible in advance of changes.
