Superintendent of Schools or Designee. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within ten (10) workdays after the grievance was delivered to the Supervisor, he/she may, within five (5) workdays after a decision by the Supervisor, or within fifteen (15) workdays after the grievance was delivered to the Supervisor, whichever is sooner, he/she may submit the grievance in writing to the Superintendent or his/her designee.   • Superintendent The Contractor shall employ a competent superintendent and necessary assistants who shall be in attendance at the Project site during the progress of the Work.   • Replacement of Key Personnel The Engineer must notify the State in writing as soon as possible, but no later than three business days after a project manager or other key personnel is removed from association with this contract, giving the reason for removal.

  • Procurement of Small Works Works estimated to cost $250,000 equivalent or less per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $800,000 equivalent, may be procured under lump-sum, fixed-price contracts awarded on the basis of quotations obtained from three (3) qualified domestic contractors in response to a written invitation.   • Health and Safety Representative Meetings A Health and Safety Representative will be allowed reasonable paid time during working hours to attend to on the job occupational health and safety matters affecting Employees he/she represents providing that the Representative informs their manager and agreement is reached. At all other times the Representative will perform productive work within his/her range of qualifications and competencies.
