School Board Meetings. Advance Agenda and Minutes 1. A copy of the public agenda of all School Board meetings shall be made available to the official Federation representative at least 24 hours prior to the meetings or as soon as the agenda is prepared. The Federation representative shall be advised as soon as possible of all meetings of all the School Board. 2. A copy of the approved minutes of all School Board meetings shall be made available to the official Federation representative.
