STEP 5. If the employee chooses paragraph (b) in Step 4, the test procedures set forth herein may be ordered by the Department Head or, in his absence, the ranking supervisor. A positive test shall result in the following discipline:

STEP 5. JUNE POSTING (first Monday in June): All vacancies which occur following the bump procedure and the mutually agreed upon positions withheld from the bump procedure will be posted. The applicants will be allowed five (5) working days to apply for the posted position(s). Placement in said vacancies shall be determined by seniority, certification and highly qualified as determined by the N.C.L.B. Act. North Central requirements will apply where applicable.

  • The current HR and payroll software do not automatically advance CEMA nursing-tied classifications to Step 6 when they reach thirty-six (36) months at Step 5.

  • If the Employee Contribution determined in Step 4 is less than the 10% Threshold determined in Step 5, then Employee Contribution from Step 4 is confirmed to be the new employee contribution amount.

  • If the Employee Contribution determined in Step 4 is greater than the 10% Threshold determined in Step 5, then the 10% Threshold determined in Step 5 becomes the new employee contribution amount.

  • The change must be made manually and sometimes it is missed! Be sure to track your time at Step 5 and alert your supervisor/manager if you do not receive Step 6 pay during the appropriate pay period.

STEP 5. The compliance violation investigation may include on-site visits with interviews of the appropriate personnel and review of data. • Step 6: The registered entity provides the required information to the compliance enforcement authority. • Step 7: The compliance enforcement authority reviews information to determine compliance and requests additional information, if necessary.
STEP 5. Dispute subject to final resolution by the Personnel and Salary Advisory Board. The parties to the dispute shall meet no later than ten (10) workdays after receipt of the advisory award of the arbitrator in an attempt to resolve the dispute based on such an award. STEP 5. Any dispute which has not been resolved by the above grievance procedure may be submitted to arbitration by the aggrieved party, providing it is submitted within ten ( 10) working days after the grievance panel meeting. The aggrieved party shall notify the other party in writing of the matter to be arbitrated and the contract provisions allegedly violated. Within five (5) days each party will select one (1) arbitrator. The third member ofthe arbitration panel will be selected by the two appointed members. If the appointed members fail to agree on a third member within three (3) working days, they shall immediately request a list of five (5) qualified names from the State Board of Personnel Appeals.
