School Improvement Plan (SIP). 1. It is hereby agreed by and between the parties that with respect to the responsibility contained in P.A. 25 of 1990 (MCL 380.1277) to adopt and implement a three to five year school improvement plan and continuing school improvement process for each school within the school district, they acknowledge and recognize that the terms of the collective bargaining agreement between them govern as to the wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment of teachers addressed therein and that those terms shall not be altered or modified through the school improvement process except by mutual agreement of the undersigned Board of Education and Association, executed in writing.
