Common use of School Year Employees Clause in Contracts

School Year Employees. In the event the Employer is required to make up a canceled day of student instruction in order to receive full state aid payments, school year employees will not receive pay for the canceled instructional day but will be rescheduled and paid on the scheduled make-up day. In the event the Employer is not required to make up a canceled day of student instruction in order to receive full state aid payments, school year employees will not be required to report to work and will be paid (maximum of three (3) days per year) for the canceled instruction day.
