Insurance Work Year. School District insurance contributions for employees eligible for medical, life insurance, long-term disability, and dental insurance benefits under this article will be paid from September 1st through August 31st of each year. Employee premium payments and School District premium contributions will be pro-rated over 17 pay periods during the employee’s regular work year on a schedule to be determined by the School District.

Insurance Work Year. Insurance contributions for employees eligible for benefits under this article shall be paid monthly for twelve months of the year from July through June.

The District will pay its negotiated share of the premium for "days of coverage" based upon the following formula: # of paid days employed = days of coverage # of full year contract days 365 days

  • Insurance Term The Consultant shall procure and maintain for the duration of this Agreement, insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damage to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the work hereunder by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, or employees.

  • Contractor’s Liability Insurance Contractor shall purchase and maintain such liability and other insurance that meets the insurance requirement set forth in the contract documents for the Work being performed and as will provide protection from claims set forth below which may arise out of or result from Contractor's performance of the Work and Contractor's other obligations under the Contract Documents, whether it is to be performed by Contractor, any Subcontractor or Supplier, or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them to perform any of the Work, or by anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable:

Any other insurance maintained by the Client or Contractor shall be excess insurance and shall not be called upon to contribute to Subcontractor’s primary or excess insurance carrier’s duty to defend or indemnify unless required by law. The excess insurance required above shall also afford additional insured protection to Client and Contractor. This Section shall in no event be construed to require that additional insured insurance coverage be provided to a greater extent than permitted under the statutes or public policy governed under State law. Certificates of Insurance. Certificates of insurance, and the required additional insured and other endorsements, including waivers of subrogation shall be furnished to Contractor before the performance of any Services.

  • Insurance Requirement; Coverages Borrower must keep the improvements now existing or subsequently erected on the Property insured against loss by fire, hazards included within the term “extended coverage,” and any other hazards including, but not limited to, earthquakes, winds, and floods, for which Lender requires insurance. Borrower must maintain the types of insurance Lender requires in the amounts (including deductible levels) and for the periods that Lender requires. What Lender requires pursuant to the preceding sentences can change during the term of the Loan, and may exceed any minimum coverage required by Applicable Law.   • Umbrella/Excess Liability Insurance Umbrella or Excess Liability Insurance with limits not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence, which will provide additional limits for employers’ general insurance and shall cover the Board and its employees, subject to that of the primary coverage.
