Common use of School Year Employees Clause in Contracts

School Year Employees. 22.12 (a) School year employees means Education Assistants, Secretaries, Custodians, Library Technicians, School Community Counselors, Dental Therapists and such other employees as the Employer may, in consultation and with the Union‟s agreement, designate as school year employees. „Education Assistants‟ means Education Assistants, Classroom Assistants, Special Needs Assistants, Student Support Assistants and Inclusive Support Assistants.
