SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. A/E hereby agrees to provide the Additional Services detailed in Attachment A – Scope of Additional Services (referred to herein as “Additional Services”).

SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. A/E hereby agrees to provide 346.50 additional hours, as denoted in the attached Exhibit “A”, for performing modifications to previously completed programming and schematic design services due to potential legislative changes requiring modifications to rooms and spaces in the Xxxxxxxxxx County Juvenile Justice Center.
SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. A/E hereby agrees to provide the following Additional Services (referred to herein as “Additional Services”).] Technology scope to include access control system, cellular DAS system and sound masking system. Also included in the Additional Services will be a alternate structural framing study to be submitted in the 100% Design Development Package.
SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. A/E hereby agrees to provide the following Additional Services:
1. Scope existing interior roof drains of the North Jail building to determine outlets.
2. Survey North Jail building perimeter to document existing features and topography.
3. Update downspout design to control surface drainage from roof.
4. Document existing conditions of Jail front awning.
5. Calculate structural capacity of existing awning structure.
6. Provide architectural design for new awning configuration.
7. Provide construction administration services during reconstruction of awning.
SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. A/E hereby agrees to provide the following Additional Services: 1. Revised Site Plan.
SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. A/E hereby agrees to provide the following Additional Services: A/E will provide Williamson County with an updated Justice Center Campus Site and Operations Report (original report dated April 29, 2022) based on information that will be provided by Williamson County staff. In addition to the updated report, Xxxxxxxx LLC will provide:
1. High-level, 5-year Capital Improvements Plan exhibit (with per quarter) with updated projects scopes and accompanying cost estimates. Projects which are completed or underway will also be identified in the exhibit.
2. Updated Williamson County Projected Population exhibit which identifies the potential impact to existing jail and court system.
3. Justice Center Campus Operations, Maintenance, and Investment Costs exhibit – a high level jail and courts analysis utilizing historical data for maintaining and expanding existing piecemeal facilities vs building new integrated and efficient facilities.
SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. A/E hereby agrees to provide the following Additional Services: Increase the Project design and construction administration size by 15,425 sf to accommodate courtroom and housing needs.
SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. A/E hereby agrees to provide the following Additional Services: Provide additional construction administration services for the (1) Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) portion of the fuel area construction; (2) construction of Alternate #1 A - Facility Storage Building; and (3) remodel of the existing vehicle impound building at the Project. The additional construction administration services shall be performed in the same manner and accordance with the Construction Phase Services set out under Paragraph (f.) of Exhibit “B” of the Agreement.
