SCREENING FAILURE PAYMENTS. B. XXXXXX ZA NEÚSPĚŠNÝ SCREENING: Screen failures for the STUDY are defined as subjects that are screened but could not be randomized as defined in the PROTOCOL. Screen Failure reimbursement will be for each eligible screen failure at the screening (V1) and/or baseline visit (V2) and paid for each assessment and procedure that occurred up until the eligible screen failure along with the INVESTIGATOR’s time in accordance with the Budget fees, not to exceed THREE screen failure(s) paid to every ONE subject randomized. This only applies to assessments associated with screening (once the subject’s consent has been obtained) as opposed to pre- screening (e.g. reviewing medical charts, clinic records, etc.). INSTITUTION agrees to use reasonable efforts to select appropriate subjects. CRO will compensate INSTITUTION for three screen failures even before the first subject is randomized. Then the screen failure payments will stop until after the first subject is randomized. Thereafter the ratio begins again with three screen failures paid prior to the second subject being randomized and will continue accordingly with the same ratio for each following cycle of screen failures occurring until the next subject is randomized. If at any time there are more than three (3) screen failures prior to a randomized subject those excess screen failures will be carried over and calculated in the ratio. Neúspěšné screeningy pro STUDII jsou definovány jako subjekty, které prošly screeningem, ale nemohly být randomizovány tak, jak je definováno PROTOKOLEM. Náhrada za neúspěšný skríning bude vyplacena za každý oprávněný neúspěšný skríning během skríningové návštěvy (V1) a/nebo během baseline návštěvy (V2) a bude vyplacena za každé ukončené vyšetření nebo proceduru, které byly provedeny až do neúspěšného screeningu, spolu s časem ZKOUŠEJÍCÍHO v souladu s rozpočtem, přičemž odměna bude vyplacena maximálně za TŘI (3) neúspěšné screeningy na jednoho (1) randomizovaného subjektu. Tato náhrada se vztahuje pouze na vyšetření spojená se screeningem (po získání souhlasu subjektu) a nevztahuje se na před- screening (např. procházení zdravotní dokumentace, záznamů kliniky, atd.). ZDRAVOTNICKÉ ZAŘÍZENÍ se zavazuje, že vyvine odpovídající úsilí při výběru vhodných subjektů. CRO vyplatí ZDRAVOTNICKÉMU ZAŘÍZENÍ náhradu za tři neúspěšné screeningy i v případě, pokud ještě nebyl randomizován žádný subjekt. Poté budou platby za neúspěšné screeningy pozastaveny dokud nebude randomizován první subjekt....
