Effective Dates of the Agreement. This agreement shall become effective on July 1, 2019, except as otherwise provided for herein and shall remain in effect until June 30, 2020, and shall be binding upon the Board and the Union as well as upon their successors until June 30, 2020, except as modified through negotiations provided for in Article 2.
