Second Fiscal Year Wage Adjustment. Effective July 1, 2020, all salary ranges and rates for classes covered by this Agreement shall be increased by two and one-half percent (2.5%), rounded to the nearest cent. Salary increases provided by this section shall be given to all employees including those employees whose rates of pay exceed the maximum rate for their class. The compensation grid for classes covered by this Agreement is contained in Appendix B-2. Conversion to the new compensation grid shall not change an employee’s eligibility for step progression increases.

  • Annual Adjustment At the end of each Fiscal Year and following receipt by Manager of the annual accounting referred to in Article 10, an adjustment will be made to such annual account, if necessary and if available, so that the appropriate amount shall have been deposited in the Reserve.
