Common use of Section 10.2. Probation Clause in Contracts

Section 10.2. Probation. 24 Each new hire including temporary/interim positions will remain in a probationary status for a period 25 of not more than ninety (90) workdays following the hire date. During this probationary period the 26 District may discharge such employee at its discretion.

Probation. 24 2 Each new hire including temporary/interim positions will shall remain in a probationary status for a period 25 of not more than ninety one hundred twenty 3 (90120) workdays working days following the hire date. During this probationary period the 26 District may discharge 4 such employee at its discretion.

During this probationary period the 26 District may discharge such employee at 7 its discretion, and such employee cannot grieve his or her discharge.
