Section 1114. 9 Regular employees who are employed and working, or on paid illness, injury or emergency leave for 10 ninety (90) or more school days, will be considered first-year employees and eligible for six (6) days of 11 paid vacation the first year. Employees who are employed and working, or on paid illness, injury or 12 emergency leave for less than ninety (90) days, will not be eligible for vacation and will be considered 13 first-year employees the following school year.

Section 1114. Summer Session Wages. Faculty members employed for the summer 39 session(s) shall be paid on the basis of the number of credits taught. Unlimited full-time 40 and unlimited part-time faculty members, and temporary part-time/full-time faculty members 41 teaching more than three (3) credits for the summer session, shall be paid a proration of the 42 faculty member’s salary schedule for the previous academic year. 1 Section 1215.
