Section 1114. 46 Employees required to work through their regular lunch periods will be given time to eat at a 47 time agreed upon by the employee. Any employee, who works his /her entire shift, including 48 the lunch period, shall be compensated for the lunch period.

Section 1114. 31 Effective September 1, 2013, the District shall pay up to one-half, per month per FTE, of the 32 required contribution to the State Health Care Authority for Retiree Insurance Benefits (hereinafter 33 “Retiree Subsidy”). Effective September 1, 2014, the District shall pay 100% of the Retiree 34 Subsidy. Such District payment of the Retiree Subsidy shall be funded by neither the District 35 insurance contribution (Section 11.1) nor the insurance pool (Section 11.1.3) of the Agreement.
Section 1114. 9 Regular employees who are employed and working, or on paid illness, injury or emergency leave for 10 ninety (90) or more school days, will be considered first-year employees and eligible for six (6) days of 11 paid vacation the first year. Employees who are employed and working, or on paid illness, injury or 12 emergency leave for less than ninety (90) days, will not be eligible for vacation and will be considered 13 first-year employees the following school year.
