Common use of Section 9.8 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.8. 28 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 29 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 30 date and a new classification.

Section 9.8. 28 10 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 29 11 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 30 12 date and a new classification.

Section 9.8. 28 22 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 29 23 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 30 24 date and a new classification.

Section 9.8. 28 12 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates date in the 29 previous 13 previously held classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 30 date and a new classificationyear (pursuant to the terms of Section 9.1.1.).
