Security and Breach Notification. Workwell Technologies is committed to maintaining the security of the services that it provides, including uAttend, and has in place commercially reasonable physical, administrative and technical measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to those services. However, we cannot and do not guarantee the complete security of information you provide to us through your use of uAttend, including Your Data. You are solely responsible for proper back-up of Your Data and you shall take appropriate measures to protect such data. You are also responsible for any data that is input, derived from, imported to, or exported from uAttend, including to or from any third party applications. Workwell Technologies assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever if Your Data is lost or corrupted. If Workwell Technologies determines that Your Data has been misappropriated or wrongly acquired by a third party, Workwell Technologies will promptly report to you such misappropriation or acquisition.

Security and Breach Notification. The Contractor shall maintain appropriate security incident management policies and procedures. The Contractor shall: immediately notify the Company (and in all cases no later than 24 hours of becoming aware) of any Security Breach relating to the Company Personal Data of which it becomes aware; provide reasonable cooperation with the Company’s investigation into the Security Breach; and unless legally required by Data Protection Laws and Regulations or compelled under a subpoena, court order or similar legal document issued by a court or Supervisory Authority, not disclose the Security Breach relating to the Company Personal Data to any third party without first obtaining the Company’s prior written consent. Each party shall reasonably cooperate with the other party to ensure compliance with Data Protection Laws and Regulations in respect of any Security Breach relating to the Company Personal Data, including but not limited to notification of affected Data Subjects and Supervisory Authorities.
Security and Breach Notification. CampusLogic will implement safeguards reasonably designed to protect Customer Data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including two-factor authentication. CampusLogic will promptly notify Customer of any unauthorized disclosure of Customer Data following discovery by CampusLogic. CampusLogic will coordinate with Customer and End Users in the event of any exposure or break-in of the Services or CampusLogic’s security protocols or networks, in the event student financial information or personally identifiable information (PII) is disclosed, and any notification to the affected End Users shall be agreed upon by CampusLogic and Customer. Customer agrees that CampusLogic shall not be liable for claims, losses, damages, or other liability (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of Customer’s failure to use CampusLogic’s two-factor authentication or other security protocols in the Services.

Selerant shall be also committed to reducing risks of human error, theft, fraud, and misuse of Selerant facilities. Selerant's efforts shall include making personnel aware of security policies and training employees to implement security policies. Selerant employees shall be required to maintain the confidentiality of Customer’s Content. Employees' obligations include written confidentiality agreements, regular training on information protection, and compliance with company policies concerning protection of confidential information.

Security and Breach Notification. 5.1 KEDEhub implements and maintains Technical and Organizational Measures to protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. The Technical and Organizational Measures include measures to help ensure ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of KEDEhub’s systems and services; to help restore timely access to Personal Data following an incident; and for regular testing of effectiveness. KEDEhub may update or modify the Technical and Organizational Measures from time to time provided that such updates and modifications do not result in the degradation of the overall security of the Services.
