SECURITY AND KEYS. The Student will not duplicate any keys assigned or to transfer their use to another person. If keys are not returned at check-out, the Student agrees to pay for all lock changes and key replacements. The Student is responsible for securing the assigned unit at all times and taking such precautions as are necessary to guard their safety and property.

b. Tenant is responsible for lock change fee and installation costs if any keys are lost, stolen, or otherwise not returned promptly at the end of the Lease. Tenant must report lost or stolen keys immediately.

d. Lock-outs are not considered an emergency by the Landlord. Lock-outs occurring when the rental office is closed will incur a Lock-out fee of $100 per incident.
e. The Landlord may arrange spare keys or entry to apartment during regular business hours.
f. Tenant shall keep the apartment door and building entrance doors shut and locked at all times.
g. Tenant shall not prop doors open.

3.6.2 Not to install or change or alter any locks [or security codes] at the Premises without the Landlord's prior written consent and to provide the Landlord with a set of keys [or the new codes] immediately upon replacement.
3.6.3 Not to leave the Premises unoccupied for any period whatsoever without locking and securing all windows and doors that permit access to the Premises, and to ensure that the security alarms or other security devices are set at all appropriate times.
3.6.4 Not to leave the Premises unoccupied or vacant for any period greater than 21 days at any one time without first giving written notice to the Landlord of the intention to do so.
SECURITY AND KEYS. 3.10.1 Use the security code for the alarm system (if any) as agreed in writing with the Landlord on the first Due Date and not change the security code during the Tenancy.
3.10.2 Lock and secure all windows and doors in the Property and set the alarm system (if any) when leaving the Property unoccupied for any period of time.
3.10.3 Deliver the keys to the Property to the Landlord by 14:00 on the last day of the Tenancy.

11.4. Anyone (trustees, headteacher, or staff) wishing to enter the premises outside of academy hours should notify the Head of Facilities to obtain agreement.

SECURITY AND KEYS. Licensee agrees to cooperate with the Authority in every respect, including security regulations. The Authority shall not be responsible for theft, vandalism, pilferage, or other damage or loss to any property except that which result through negligence of the Authority. The Authority’s liability is subject to the limits of Section 768.28, Fla. Stat., Florida’s Sovereign Immunity Law.
