SECURITY AND KEYS a. Tenant is not permitted to change the lock or keying to the apartment or any room. b. Tenant is responsible for lock change fee and installation costs if any keys are lost, stolen or otherwise not returned promptly at the end of the Lease. If keys are not returned at check-out, the Student agrees to pay for all lock changes and key replacements. We will enter the property at reasonable times to examine the state and condition of the Premises, carry out repairs or view the premises with prospective Tenants or purchasers You may write to ask for consent to end your Tenancy Early. You must give us at least one month’s notice. Upon acceptance of ending your Tenancy early, we may charge a re-let fee of £175 for an individual room or £350 for a property. SECURITY AND KEYS. The Vehicle and the keys must be kept secure at all times. The driver must not leave the Vehicle unattended with the motor running or leave the keys unattended (e.g., in the ignition or on a tyre). If theft, unauthorised driving and/or damage occur as a result of the Vehicle and/or the keys not being kept secure, the Hirer will be liable for any indemnification, compensation and/or damages payable to Raw Hire. If site safety regulations or documented procedures require the keys to be kept with the Vehicle, the Hirer acknowledges that it bears full responsibility for the care and security of the Vehicle and agrees to indemnify and keep Raw Hire indemnified for any loss and/or damage.
