Security Awareness Training (SAT. Security Awareness Training (SAT) is an optional additional service that can be purchased separately or combined with the Email Security (EMS) service. The SAT service provides end users with ongoing, bitesize training and regular phishing simulations delivered directly to their mailbox. Data is stored in separate storage repository buckets per tenant / customer. Storage used is Amazon S3 storage buckets within the London or Frankfurt data centres, depending on the location chosen during license provisioning. SAT is delivered as a highly resilient, serverless environment not tied to a single geographic location. The service is administered through a web-based application with all major browsers supported. By default, the solution stores all reporting and other log data indefinitely. Data can be removed upon request and will be automatically deleted following termination of the service. The following pre-defined user roles are available: • Standard – provides standard access for users to their own personalised portal only • Tenancy Administrators – provides privileged/admin user access for user management, journey management and reporting

Security Awareness Training (SAT. If the executed COF includes SAT in any form, the following additional terms and conditions apply: i) Unless specifically included on the COF, SAT is not included in any Services. ii) If included, SAT services (as outlined below) will be provided during each Calendar Year for which (a) the SAT was initially ordered, provided that there was an Up-Front fee paid, or (b) 12 months’ MSC has been paid or agreed to be paid, and there has been no default or late payments by Client, or (c) a full year of MSC has been paid in advance. iii) Subject to the terms contained herein, if “Security Awareness Training” subscription, feature or add-on has been ordered on the COF, the following services are included: (1) Monthly Phishing Campaigns and Periodic Dark Web Scans provisioned and evaluated by the Cybersecurity team at ETS. (2) On-Demand Security Training, including: Engaging Training Videos, Compliance Testing, Employee Certificates, Administrator Training Reports, New Hire Training, and Security Tips and Reminders (3) Use of Compliance Portal, including: Employee Access to Security Policies and Procedures, Business Associate Tracking, Security Incident Module, Server Room Access Tracking, Disaster Recovery Plan Storage, Articles and Reference Materials, and Contracts and Document Storage

  • Extended Child Care Leave Upon written notification, no later than four weeks prior to the expiration of the aggregate leave taken pursuant to Clauses 21.1 (Maternity Leave) and 21.2 (Parental Leave), an employee will be granted a further unpaid leave of absence not to exceed one year. An employee wishing continued coverage under any applicable benefit plans will pay the total premium costs while on extended child care leave. An employee on extended child care leave will provide the Employer with at least one month's written notice of return from such leave. Upon return from extended child care leave, an employee will be placed in their former position.

  • Employee and Family Assistance Program (a) A province-wide Employee and Family Assistance Program for employees and members of their immediate family, with whom the employee normally resides, shall be provided. (b) This Employer-funded, confidential, assessment/referral service will be monitored by a Joint Committee. The Committee shall consist of two members: one member appointed by the Employer and one member by the Union. Employees representing the Union on this Joint Committee shall be on leave of absence without loss of basic pay for time on this Committee. (c) The Employer will consult with the Union regarding the selection of a service provider. The Employer will not select a service provider to which the Union has reasonable objections. (d) The Joint Committee shall develop an awareness package that can be incorporated into existing supervisor and Union training programs.

  • Employee and Family Assistance Plan The CODC PRO Care Plan is an industry-funded employee and family assistance plan for employees and their eligible family members according to the participation of sponsoring organizations and employers as well as Plan eligibility rules. Employees must be enrolled in the Plan by their employer to become eligible for Plan benefits, subject to the Plan eligibility rules. An individual employee cannot self-enroll in the Plan. i. Employers are required to remit the Contract Administration and Industry Development fees and the monthly CODC Employer Report Form to CODC by the 15th of the month following the month in which the hours were worked. ii. Employers must also submit the monthly Employee Data Report to the PRO Care plan by the 15th of the month following to facilitate the confidential determination of eligibility by the EFAP provider. There are three ways to submit this data:  entering the data directly on the CODC website at xxx.xxxx.xx/xxxxxxx  uploading an excel spreadsheet in the required format to the website (a sample spreadsheet can be downloaded from the website)  Forwarding an excel spreadsheet in the required format electronically to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. Hard copies of data will not be accepted.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Section 1. The Employer agrees to provide to the Union the statistical and program evaluation information provided to management concerning Employee Assistance Program(s). Section 2. No information gathered by an Employee Assistance Program may be used to discipline an employee. Section 3. Employees shall be entitled to use accrued sick leave for participation in an Employee Assistance Program. Section 4. Each university will offer training to local Union Stewards on the Employee Assistance Program available in their university, on university time, where an Employee Assistance Program is available.

  • Employee Assistance Program Neither the fact of an employee's participation in an employee assistance program, nor information generated by participation in the program, shall be used as a reason for discipline under this Article, except for information relating to an employee's failure to participate in an employee assistance program consistent with the terms to which the employee and the University have agreed.

  • Employee Assistance Programs Consistent with the University's Employee Assistance Program, employees participating in an employee assistance program who receive a notice of layoff may continue to participate in that program for a period of ninety (90) days following the layoff.

  • Family Care Leave In accordance with RCW 49.12 and WAC 296-130, employees shall be allowed to use any or all of their choice of sick leave or other paid time off to care for a family member (as defined above) who has a serious health condition or an emergency condition. Employees shall not be disciplined or otherwise discriminated against because of their exercise of these rights.

  • Health & Welfare Benefits Executive shall be eligible to participate in all health and welfare benefits provided generally to other employees of the Company.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Excess Travelling Time As well as the above-mentioned Fares allowance, excess travelling time is payable if the work site is beyond 50 kilometres from the workshop or registered office. Where an employee is required to travel to a job site outside the 50 kilometres from the Employer’s registered office or depot the employee will be paid the following: • A payment for time travelled in excess of the 50 kilometres with a minimum payment of a quarter of an hour. The rate will be: – Ordinary time Monday to Friday – Time and one half on Saturday and Sunday – Double time on public holidays • It is agreed between the parties that travel for the purposes of clause
