Security of Access Code or Device. Each ATM-PIN, Telephone Teller Access Code, or Online and Mobile Banking password (including biometric access such as Touch ID) is the Access Code you select for your security. Your Access Code is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties or recorded. You are responsible for safekeeping your Access Code. You agree not to disclose or otherwise make your Access Code or Wireless Device for Mobile Banking available to anyone not authorized by you to sign on your accounts. If you authorize anyone to have or use your Access Code or Wireless Device, you understand that person may use the Online Banking, Online Bill Pay or Mobile Banking service to access and review all of your account information and execute account transactions. Therefore, we are entitled to act on transaction instructions received using your Access Code and you agree that the use of your Access Code will have the same effect as your signature authorizing transactions. If you authorize anyone to use your Access Code in any manner that authority will be considered unlimited in amount and manner until you specifically revoke such authority by notifying the Credit Union and changing your Access Code immediately. You are responsible for any transactions made by such persons until you notify us that transactions and access by that person are no longer authorized and your Access Code is changed. If you fail to change your Access Code or maintain the security of your Access Code and the Credit Union suffers a loss, we may terminate your electronic services immediately.

  • Security Protocols Both parties agree to maintain security protocols that meet industry standards in the transfer or transmission of any data, including ensuring that data may only be viewed or accessed by parties legally allowed to do so. Provider shall maintain all data obtained or generated pursuant to the Service Agreement in a secure digital environment and not copy, reproduce, or transmit data obtained pursuant to the Service Agreement, except as necessary to fulfill the purpose of data requests by LEA.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto.   • Management of Special and Technical Environment Each certificated support person demonstrates an acceptable level of performance in managing and organizing the special materials, equipment and environment essential to the specialized programs.

  • Registry Interoperability and Continuity Registry Operator shall comply with the Registry Interoperability and Continuity Specifications as set forth in Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”).

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Technical Specifications and Drawings a) The Goods and Related Services supplied under this Contract shall conform to the technical specifications and standards mentioned in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements and, when no applicable standard is mentioned, the standard shall be equivalent or superior to the official standards whose application is appropriate to the Goods' country of origin. b) The Supplier shall be entitled to disclaim responsibility for any design, data, drawing, specification or other document, or any modification thereof provided or designed by or on behalf of the Procuring Entity, by giving a notice of such disclaimer to the Procuring Entity. c) Wherever references are made in the Contract to codes and standards in accordance with which it shall be executed, the edition or the revised version of such codes and standards shall be those specified in the Schedule of Requirements. During Contract execution, any changes in any such codes and standards shall be applied only after approval by the Procuring Entity and shall be treated in accordance with GCC Clause 33.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.

  • Equipment and Materials CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the performance on the Agreement except:

  • Acceptance Tests 11.1 If the Contract provides acceptance tests for Goods and/or the result of Services after their completion and/or delivery to the Purchaser, the acceptance shall only be considered as definitive when such tests have demonstrated the compliance of the Goods and/or the result of the Services to the requirements in the Contract. 11.2 Where the Contract provides for an acceptance procedure in the presence of both parties, at the successful completion of such procedure, the Purchaser shall issue the Supplier with an acceptance certificate which shall authorise the Supplier to invoice the Purchaser for any payment due on such acceptance. 11.3 The Purchaser shall at its discretion be entitled to issue and acceptancecertificate with reserves. The Supplier shall be obliged to remedy any non-conformities within the period set out in the acceptance certificate. Any payment which would otherwise have been due on acceptance may be withheld by the Purchaser in whole or part until the non- conformities underlying the reserves have been remedied.

  • Security Technology When the service is accessed using a supported web browser, Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”), or equivalent technology shall be employed to protect data from unauthorized access. The service security measures shall include server authentication and data encryption. Provider shall host data pursuant to the DPA in an environment using a firewall that is periodically updated according to industry standards.
