You must use your personal identification number (PIN) along with your account number to access your accounts. At the present time, you may use Telephone Teller to:
Telephone Teller. You may access your accounts via our touch-tone telephone system. You will create your own PIN to use this service. You may use telephone access to: • Withdraw funds from your savings and checking accounts; • Make deposits to your savings and checking accounts; • Transfer funds between your savings and checking accounts; • Obtain balance, account activity, and other information on your savings and checking accounts; • Verify whether a check or other item has cleared your account; • Make loan payments from your savings and checking accounts; • Take advances from your line-of-credit loan account; The telephone access service is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, but may be inaccessible for a short period each day for data processing. See the Transfer Limitations provision for transfer limitations that apply to preauthorized transfers.

No transfer or withdrawal may exceed the available funds in your account. Cashier’s checks can be made payable only to the primary account owner and will be processed and mailed to your address on file. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserves on the account.

With Telephone Teller, you may use your member number and personal identification number (PIN) to access your Account(s) 24 hours a day by telephone at 000-000-0000 or 000-000-0000, to: • Obtain rates and annual percentage yields for Share and Deposit Accounts, cleared check information, transaction history activity, and loan annual percentage rates. • Make balance inquiries on your Share, Savings, Money Market, Certificates of Deposit, IRA, and Loan Accounts. • Transfer funds between your Share, Savings, Money Market, and Checking Accounts. • Transfer funds from another Share, Savings, Money Market, and Checking Accounts on which you are a Joint Owner. • Transfer a Line of Credit advance, (if approved) to your Share, Savings, Money Market, and Checking or Accounts. • Request a check for a withdrawal from your Share, Savings, Money Market and Checking Accounts. • Place a stop payment order on a check you have written against your Account. • Reorder checks for your Checking Account. • Obtain an estimate of a loan payment for a proposed loan. • Obtain tax information on Shares, Savings, Deposits and Loan Accounts. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, or lower an Account below a required balance. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. The Credit Union may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. The Credit Union may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. This service may be interrupted periodically for system maintenance and in other circumstances beyond our control. Some of these services may not be available for all Accounts.

At the present time you may use the 24/7 Telephone Teller to: • Withdraw funds from your share accounts. • Transfer funds from your share accounts. • Obtain balance information for your share and share draft accounts. • Determine if a particular item has cleared. • Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under the 24/7 Telephone Teller via a touch-tone telephone only. 24/7 Telephone Teller service will be available for your convenience twenty-four (24) hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. • There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one day. • See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise requires us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as primary member and will be mailed to your address if record. The Credit Union may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. The Credit Union may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction, and there may be limits on the duration of each telephone call.

The service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. There is no limit to the number of transactions you may make in any one day. There are certain limitations on transfers from a share savings account. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. There is a $10,000 limit on any check withdrawal. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. The Credit Union may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The system will discontinue service after three unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction or PIN.

At the present time you may use the Telephone Teller service to: • Obtain balance information from your deposit and loan accounts. • Obtain the transaction history on your checking, savings, Market Rate Savings, Teachers Deposit Fund, IRA Savings account and loan accounts. • Verify certain account information, including if a particular check has cleared your account, the date of your last deposit or loan payment, and loan payoff amounts. • Transfer funds between your savings, checking and loan accounts. • Transfer funds to accounts of other members (advance authorization required). • Request a withdrawal from your savings, checking, Market Rate Savings, or Teachers Deposit Fund or an advance from your line of credit account by check mailed to you at your mailing address on file. • Verify the total interest you earned on your deposit accounts, and the interest you paid on your consumer loan and Home Equity loan accounts during the prior calendar year. Access your Line of Credit loan account, Home Equity Line of Credit account, or Visa™ and transfer funds to your checking account or authorize a check payable to you. Verify deposits and withdrawals. Verify if a particular check has cleared. Other transactions as offered and permitted in the future.
