Common use of Seniority Dates Clause in Contracts

Seniority Dates. Seniority lists shall be reviewed and posted every six (6) months. Such seniority hours paid shall be subject to correction for error on proper representation by the Union, within two (2) months of the Union's receipt of the seniority hours paid. Upon request, the Employer agrees to make available to the Union the seniority hours paid of any Employees covered by this Agreement.
