Common use of Seniority Dates Clause in Contracts

Seniority Dates. Seniority lists shall be reviewed and posted every three (3) months. Such seniority dates shall be subject to correction for error on proper representation by the Union. Upon request, the Employer agrees to make available to the Union the seniority dates of any employees covered by this agreement.
