Seniority Defined CAM and the. Union recognize that job opportunity and security shall increase in proportion to the length of service. Seniority shall be defined as the length of service of an employee continuously working for CAM in a bargaining unit position. The computation of seniority for regular part-time employees will be based on the hire date. In the event two or more employees have the same hire date, the employees shall flip a coin and the winner shall be deemed to have higher seniority. CAM shall provide the Union with a copy of the seniority list at least annually on or about the beginning of the program year. Any dispute regarding the accuracy of the seniority list shall be subject to the Grievance and Arbitration Chapter in this Agreement.
