Common use of Seniority List Clause in Contracts

Seniority List. ‌ (a) A current service seniority list for employees as of December 31st will be provided by the Employer to the Union on or before March 31st of the following year. (b) A current seniority list for both regular and casual employees classified as Community Health Workers shall be provided by the Employer to the union designate on a monthly basis. The list shall indicate the following: (1) employee's name; (2) employment status (i.e., regular or casual); (3) classification; (4) seniority.
