Common use of Seniority Reinstatement Clause in Contracts

Seniority Reinstatement. A bargaining unit Nurse who terminates from 15 employment from Silverton Hospital and is rehired to a position covered by the Agreement 16 within twelve (12) months will (a) be returned to a wage no lower than the previously paid 17 wage and (b) will have their seniority reinstated.

Seniority Reinstatement. A bargaining unit Nurse who terminates from 15 employment 21 from Silverton Hospital Unity and is rehired to a position covered by the Agreement 16 within twelve (12) months 22 will (a) be returned to a wage no lower than the previously paid 17 wage and (b) will have 23 their seniority reinstated.

Seniority Reinstatement. A bargaining unit Nurse who terminates from 15 32 employment from Silverton Hospital and is rehired to a position covered by the Agreement 16 33 within twelve (12) months will (a) be returned to a wage no lower than the previously paid 17 34 wage and (b) will have their seniority reinstated.

Seniority Reinstatement. A bargaining unit Nurse who terminates from 15 1 employment from Silverton Hospital and is rehired to a position covered by the Agreement 16 2 within twelve (12) months will (a) be returned to a wage no lower than the previously paid 17 3 wage and (b) will have their seniority reinstated.

Seniority Reinstatement. A bargaining unit Nurse who terminates from 15 34 employment from Silverton Hospital and is rehired to a position covered by the Agreement 16 35 within twelve (12) months will (a) be returned to a wage no lower than the previously paid 17 36 wage and (b) will have their seniority reinstated.

Seniority Reinstatement. A bargaining unit Nurse who terminates from 15 16 employment from Silverton Hospital and is rehired to a position covered by the Agreement 16 within twelve (12) months will (a) be returned to a wage no lower than the previously paid 17 18 wage and (b) will have their seniority reinstated.

Seniority Reinstatement. A bargaining unit Nurse who terminates 28 from 15 employment from Silverton Hospital Network and is rehired to a position 29 covered by the Agreement 16 within twelve (12) months will (a) be returned to a wage 30 no lower than the previously paid 17 wage and (b) will have their his/her seniority 31 reinstated.

Seniority Reinstatement. A bargaining unit Nurse who terminates from 15 28 employment from Silverton Hospital and is rehired to a position covered by the Agreement 16 29 within twelve (12) months will (a) be returned to a wage no lower than the previously paid 17 30 wage and (b) will have their seniority reinstated.

Seniority Reinstatement. A bargaining unit Nurse who terminates from 15 8 employment from Silverton Hospital Network and is rehired to a position 9 covered by the Agreement 16 within twelve (12) months 90 days will (a) be returned to a wage no 10 lower than the previously paid 17 wage and (b) will have their his/her seniority 11 reinstated.

Seniority Reinstatement. A bargaining unit Nurse who terminates from 15 employment 30 from Silverton Hospital and is rehired to a position covered by the Agreement 16 within twelve (12) 12 31 months will (a) be returned to a wage no lower than the previously paid 17 wage and (b) 32 will have their seniority reinstated.

A bargaining unit Nurse who terminates 13 from 15 employment from Silverton Hospital Network and is rehired to a position 14 covered by the Agreement 16 within twelve (12) months will (a) be returned to a wage 15 no lower than the previously paid 17 wage and (b) will have their his/her seniority 16 reinstated.

Seniority Reinstatement. A bargaining unit Nurse who terminates from 15 26 employment from Silverton Hospital and is rehired to a position covered by the Agreement 16 27 within twelve (12) months will (a) be returned to a wage no lower than the previously paid 17 28 wage and (b) will have their seniority reinstated.
