Common use of Seniority Reinstatement Clause in Contracts

Seniority Reinstatement. A bargaining unit Nurse who terminates from 32 employment from Silverton Hospital and is rehired to a position covered by the Agreement 33 within twelve (12) months will (a) be returned to a wage no lower than the previously paid 34 wage and (b) will have their seniority reinstated.

Seniority Reinstatement. A bargaining unit Nurse who terminates from 32 employment 30 from Silverton Hospital and is rehired to a position covered by the Agreement 33 within twelve (12) 12 31 months will (a) be returned to a wage no lower than the previously paid 34 wage and (b) 32 will have their seniority reinstated.
