Common use of Seniority Rosters Clause in Contracts

Seniority Rosters. There shall be three (3) separate seniority rosters affecting various classifications of Deck Officers as follows: a Masters’ seniority roster, to be used for determining the respective rights of all Masters within the system; a Mates’ seniority roster, to be used for determining the respective rights of all Mates within the system; and a Deck Officers’ seniority roster, to be used for determining certain other benefits which affect all Deck Officers uniformly and identically.
