Common use of Seniority Rosters Clause in Contracts

Seniority Rosters. If a layoff is announced, a current seniority roster by department and job classification will be posted. A copy will be immediately provided to the Union, along with a listing of any vacant positions. The listing of the Employer’s vacant positions will include department, job classification, hours of work, shift, and FTE.
