Separation During Probationary Period. A probationary employee may be discharged by the appointing authority without cause during the probationary period. The appointing authority may, at any time before the effective date thereof, withdraw or cancel such notice of termination. Except as provided in Yuba County Ordinance Code, Title III Personnel, Chapter 3.10 Employer-Employee Relations Policy Section 3.l0.l00 (ii) a discharged probationary employee shall have no right of appeal for dismissal or demotion.
