Minimum Charge for Leave Sample Clauses
The Minimum Charge for Leave clause establishes the smallest increment of time that will be deducted from an employee's leave balance when leave is taken. For example, if the minimum charge is set at one hour, any leave taken—even if less than an hour—will result in at least one hour being subtracted from the employee's available leave. This clause ensures administrative simplicity and consistency in tracking leave, preventing disputes over fractional leave periods and streamlining payroll processes.
