Service Delivery Area. Services shall be offered through the One-Stop Center in Irvine at 00000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Irvine, CA 92614. The County of Orange does not hold the lease agreements to the current One-Stop locations (Irvine). It is the responsibility of the sub recipient to make lease arrangements on their own to secure the location(s). In the event, sub-recipient wants to relocate or open a new One-Stop location(s), the sub recipient must seek advanced pre-approval from the County of Orange. The initial contract term will run from January 1, 2019-June 30, 2020 (18 months). While the RFP certification allows for four consecutive contract years, contract renewals are optional and at the discretion of the County therefore not guaranteed. Please consider this and necessary operational square footage when negotiating your lease(s).
