Service Fulfilment. The Merchant agrees to keep evidence that products and services are provided to the customers in a satisfactory manner to reduce the risk of successful chargebacks and fraud.

Service Fulfilment. You agree that by making yourself available to be hired on the Platform, you will honor any booking request that you have accepted and will work as required by the job described by the client. As an Assembler, if you cannot fulfill a booked service appointment or if we discover that you have provided false information about your skills or the services that you can offer, we may suspend or disable your account.
Service Fulfilment. The Partner must accept all Qrew Up Bookings, and may only decline to accept Qrew Up Bookings in exceptional circumstances. In return, Customers are entitled to receive Partner Services equal to those included in their Qrew Up Booking at the price indicated on the Qrew Up Booking. Partners may not impose any extra or additional fees or charges that contradict or otherwise alter the Terms of Sale of any Qrew Up Booking, unless expressly agreed by the Customer. If a Customer receives Partner Services that are less than the value of the amount paid for the Qrew Up Booking, they may be entitled to a refund by the Partner equal to the difference between the value of the service received and the value of the Qrew Up Booking. If a Partner fails to honor any of its obligations listed above, the Partner shall be considered to be in Material Breach of this Agreement and may forfeit any payments due to it in connection with that Qrew Up Booking, other penalties as defined within this Agreement notwithstanding.
Service Fulfilment. 2.1. The customer makes the necessary preparations so that the service technician can start the service work immediately after arriving at the respective site. This includes free access to plants and their components.

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Personal Services Contracts 95. a. Departments shall notify the Union of proposed personal services contracts where such services could potentially be performed by represented classifications. Such notification shall occur no later than the date a department sends out requests for proposals.

  • PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 14, 16 and 17, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration or income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of personal (including professional) services shall be taxable only in that State unless the services are rendered in the other Contracting State. If the services are so rendered, such remuneration or income as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection.

  • Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.
