Service Work definition

Service Work means the repair, overhaul and/or alteration of complex fire protection systems involving the daily re-instatement of such systems to normal operating level.

Service Work shall include all maintenance and repair work. Nothing will be considered service work other than the usual day to day.

More Definitions of Service Work

Service Work means repairs, maintenance, inspection and support services provided by BMT either inside or outside of the Warranty period.
Service Work means Employees engaged on work related to the alteration, maintenance or repair on an existing building. Site Office means a facility with office equipment such as a telephone, facsimile machine, desks, plan drawers and filing cabinets and staffed to allow the management of the affairs of the employer relevant to its day-to-day activities on the site.
Service Work means all work in facilities management/services, maintenance, repair, alteration or post-construction warranty of a building, or structure, or infrastructure project, and includes all related work in a workshop or in a field servicing capacity. Such work includes Construction Work to the extent that the work is either: • work in the industry of electrical services, within the meaning of clause 4.3 of the Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2022 as in force at the applicable time, provided by electrical, electronics and communications contractors and their employees; and • Work typically includes, but is not limited to facilities management/services, maintenance, repair, alteration or post- construction warranty of an existing building, structure, or project.
Service Work shall include any work performed by TransTech or MIS for the Incentive Customers which work (or natural grouping of work) is less than Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000). The maximum annual amount of the Incentive Payment shall be Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000). As an example, if the total invoices for Service Work to the Incentive Customers during calendar year 2000 equal $400,000 and payment is received for such amount, then the Incentive Payment shall be $35,000. The Incentive Payment shall be paid no later than April 1 following the applicable calendar year-end for Service Work invoiced to an Incentive Customer during the applicable calendar year and subsequently paid. Partial payments of the Incentive Payment earned after such date shall be paid within thirty (30) days after receipt of payment from Incentive Customer.
Service Work means work performed by state licensed qualified tradespersons or pipefitters/refrigeration mechanics or sheet metal workers.
