Service Payment. Class Counsel will file a motion requesting service payments to Xxxxxx and/or Xxxxx not to exceed $30,000 in the aggregate. Defendant will take no position regarding these requests, provided the requests made to the Court are consistent with this Section. As soon as practicable following the Effective Date, the Settlement Administrator will pay from the Settlement Amount any service payments awarded by the Court.
Service Payment. One-time payment to Plaintiff as set forth in Section 2.1.3
Service Payment. 11.1 In consideration of the proper performance by the Supplier of the Supplier’s obligations under this Contract the Service Payment shall be paid to the Supplier in accordance with Schedule 7.
11.2 The Service Payment shall be fixed from the Commencement Date to the second anniversary of the Services Commencement Date. Thereafter, any adjustment to the Service Payment (including during any extension period) shall be calculated in accordance with Paragraph 3 of Schedule 7.
11.3 Except where otherwise provided, the Parties shall each bear their own costs and expenses incurred in respect of compliance with their obligations under this Contract.
Service Payment. A service payment of three weeks ordinary time wages for each year of service and pro rata for part years. For example: Up to 12 mths service 3 weeks wages After 2.5 years 7.5 weeks wages After 5 years 15 weeks wages After 8 years 8 months 26 weeks wages After 13 years 39 weeks wages After 17 years 51 weeks wages The maximum service payment under this policy shall be one year’s ordinary time wages. The minimum service payment to any employee retrenched shall be 3 weeks wages.
Service Payment. For providing services to the Company following the Sale, the Executive shall receive a lump sum cash payment in the amount of $77,463.77 (the “Service Payment”). The Service Payment will be paid to the Executive as soon as practicable following the beginning of the Term, but in no event later than thirty (30) days following the beginning of the Term.

11.3 If at the end of the Contract howsoever determined the total Service Payments paid to the Supplier have exceeded the cost of provision of the Service (the Excess) and the Supplier is not entitled under section 93(3) of the Local Government Act 2003 to be paid the Excess then the Supplier shall return the Excess to the Authority provided that the determination as to whether there is an Excess and the amount thereof shall be at the sole discretion of the Supplier.
11.4 Except where otherwise provided, the Parties shall each bear their own costs and expenses incurred in respect of compliance with their obligations under this Contract.
Service Payment. Class Counsel intends to request a Service Payment for 2 Plaintiff. Class Counsel may seek a service payment not to exceed $3,500. Plaintiff agrees to submit a 3 Claim Form to participate in the Class Settlement. Any Service Payment would be in addition to the 4 Class Representative’s Individual Settlement Payment.
Service Payment. Plaintiff may apply to the Court for an award of Service Payment of $10,000. Any Service Payment awarded by the Court shall be paid by the Settlement Administrator from the Settlement Fund.
Service Payment. The Bank shall pay the Executive $5,700,000 (the “Service Payment”) as consideration for the Executive’s (i) employment by the Bank for the one-year period following the Transaction (the “Retention Period”) and (ii) compliance with the restrictive covenants set forth in Sections 5 and 6 of the Agreement for the three-year period commencing upon the Executive’s termination of employment on the earlier of (x) the expiration of the Retention Period and (y) if the employment of the Executive terminates for any reason during the Retention Period, other than by the Bank for Cause (as defined in Section 8(b)) or by the Executive without Good Reason (as defined in Section 8(c)), the effective date of such termination of employment (the “Non-Competition Period” and, together with the Retention Period, the “Relevant Period”). Subject to compliance with the restrictive covenants set forth in Sections 5 and 6(a), the Service Payment shall vest and be paid in quarterly installments commencing on the three-month anniversary of the Effective Date and ending on the four-year anniversary thereof. For the avoidance of doubt, the Service Payment shall be in addition to any payments made to the Executive by C1 pursuant to the Change of Control Agreement entered into between the Executive and C1, dated as of November 9, 2015.
